Thinking about whether I should call off the XPRESS TONE program or not, due to my upper back problem.
I mean, I've completed it once before, but still-- I don't like quitting any ongoing program before I'm done.
Anyways, I was doing pretty good upper back wise, but after today's workout, it kind of flare up again.
Not as bad as I initially experienced it, but not great.
There is no compulsion in finishing a program, maybe take a break a few days to see how the flare up goes ? But ignoring one's body messages may not be the best idea. Hugs for choosing well.
Dealing with some stuff,
and somehow trying to get those workouts in.
Most days-- I can do 15+ minutes of yoga, and that's it.
I'm slowly making my way back to DAREBEE workouts again,
and occasionally using my trusted dumbbells and kettlebell.
I just want things to be like before-- workout wise.
And doing morning workouts, on a daily basis. Which I love.
