Begin with Breath Tai Chi: Every Day Tai Chi | Tai Chi for Beginners | 20 Minute Flow: Rating = 9.0.

Notes: I am finally caught up on my log. Today was another pajama day but it’s the last one for a month. A couple weeks ago was rough. Last week was ok. My husband had blood tests and they were stable. Work is just kind of blah. I am hoping I can get back on track with exercise…I say that like it’s not my choice…but it is.

Thank you @Maegaranthelas 💓

Notes: I am finally caught up on my log again.
It’s not very exciting as I have not been motivated to do much. My husband is having some weird health issues and my dad has had a full blown setback. Ugh. At least we don’t back to work until 9/9.

Notes: Crappy week except that Monday's dentist appointments were uneventful. Tuesday we had an early impromptu appointment for my husband…too much pain to sleep. I didn’t sleep either. X-rays did not explain the symptoms although the PT agreed with the diagnosis. We have a referral to a specialist. Little sleep for the rest of the week. We had Friday off for yearly physicals. PCP agrees with NP and PT. Husband’s blood work was good. Mine was good except cholesterol…and I am pre-diabetic.

1. Begin with Breath Tai Chi: Day 1 - Harmony in Motion | FLEXIBILITY - 30 Days of Tai Chi: This was a nice session and great way to kick off this program.
2. BYNM: Yoga for Pure Peace | 7 Minutes: A gentle session but I could feel how tight my muscles are.
3. Fit December Day 1: No rest. I did this workout very deliberately and could really feel it in my shoulders.

Notes: I spent the day in my pajamas watching football like I’ve done every Sunday this season. I started 2 new programs (Tai Chi and Fit December Fit). Hopefully, nothing gets in the way. I started meditating again on Friday but I forgot today. I thought I was going to make it through a Sunday without crying but in bed I cried myself to NOT sleep.

Thank you @Fremen @Laura Rainbow Dragon @Syrius @PetiteSheWolf
