Saturday 01.25.2025
1. Power Pose Challenge Day 18 Done!
2. Begin with Breath Tai Chi: Day 2 - Strengthening Joints | STRENGTH - 30 Days of Tai Chi: I was shaky today.
3. Kyra Pro: 5,000 STEPS WALKING WORKOUT (Low Impact): I am sure this was fun but I really wasn't present.
4. Standing Abs Challenge Day 25; 32 knee-to-elbows, 5 sets. 30 seconds active rest of march steps between sets.
5. Foundation Light Day 3 | Cardio: Level 3, no rest. This one started to bother my lower back...but I am realizing the pain is coming from just below my lower back and radiating to my lower back.
6. Winter Blues Workout: 1 set. The name is appropriate for the day.

Notes: I didnā€™t know what to expect today so much anxiety was high. The day turned out to uneventful cold and snowy. We didnā€™t walk but we did do laundry.

Sunday 01.26.2025
1. Power Pose Challenge Day 19: Done!
2. Begin with Breath Tai Chi: Day 3 - Cultivating Inner Strength | STRENGTH - 30 Days of Tai Chi: This was a good session but my elbow hurt from my "sleeping injury".
3. YWA: Day 14 - Half Hour Half Moon Practice - 30 Days of Yoga: Ugh. I really struggled with this one.
4. Standing Abs Challenge Day 26: 22 side bends, 22 twists. 3 sets nonā€stop.
5. Foundation Light Day 4 | Tendons: Level 3, no rest. Ouch.
6. Foundation Light Day 5 | Cardio: Level 3, no rest.
7. Daily Legs Workout: 1 set. I felt some pain.

Notes: I spent the day in my pajamas watching the AFC and NFC Championship games. Neither team I was rooting for won.

Monday 01.27.2025
1. Power Pose Challenge Day 20: Done!
2. Standing Abs Challenge Day 27: 32 knee-to-elbows, 5 sets. 30 seconds active rest of march steps between sets.
3. Foundation Light Day 6 | Abs: Level 3, no rest
4. Easy Abs Workout: 1 set. This was indeed easy...but I only did one set.
5. HR: 30 MIN Toned Thighs // HR12WEEK EXPRESS: Day 10: This was a really good workout.
6. BYNM: DAY 4 - MIND OVER MATTER - Power Yoga | Yoga Every Damn Day 30 Day Challenge with Nico: This was a workout. But, my high lunges are getting better.
7. Total outside walking: 4 miles. 1/3 split.

Notes: Back to work and back to blood testsā€¦but back to walking and Happy Birthday to my husband. šŸŽ‚

Tuesday 01.28.2025
1. Power Pose Challenge Day 20: Done!
2. Standing Abs Challenge Day 28: 22 side bends, 22 twists. 3 sets nonā€stop.
3. Foundation Light Day 7 | Strength: Level 3, no rest. I did regular squats .
4. Chest & Lower Back Stretching: This was nice.
5. Total outside walking = 4 miles. 1/3 split.
6. Kat Gatesā€Buettner: Walking Workout #4 + Fun 80s Mix (30 MIN): Part fun, Part challenging. Beautiful outdoor scenery.
7. YWA: Day 15 - Easy Breezy Beautiful Yoga - 30 Days of Yoga: We obviously have different ideas of "easy breezy".

Notes: Today consisted of a busy (and annoying) day at work and an uneventful appointment. At least weā€™re able to walk outside.

Wednesday 01.29.2025
1. Power Pose Challenge Day 22: Done!
2. Standing Abs Challenge Day 29: 34 knee-to-elbows, 5 sets. 30 seconds active rest of march steps between sets.
3. Foundation Light Day 8 | Tendons: Level 3, no rest. The lower body part was uncomfortable.
4. Spine Stability Workout: 1 set. This felt ok. I miss Dead Bugs (gross name).
5. HR: Fat Burning Cardio // HR12WEEK EXPRESS: Day 11: Challenging at times. I did all of the low impact modifications.
6. Total outside walking = 4 miles. 1/3 split.
7. YWB: 10 Min Full Body Stretch For Muscle Soreness and Tension Relief: This was a last minute substitute and it was nice.

Notes: Today was family bloodwork results day. My husbandā€™s results were stable and my dadā€™s were good. Other than that today was uneventful but my lower body was angry today.

2. Standing Abs Challenge Day 30: 24 side bends, 24 twists. 3 sets nonā€stop.
3. Foundation Light Day 9 | Cardio: Level 3, no rest.
4. Healthy Gut Workout: This felt good on my lower back.
5. Kat Gatesā€Buettner: Walk to the Beat 70s & 80s Mix (30 MIN) Workout #6: I'm sure this was fun but I was in too much pain to enjoy it.
6. Total outside walking = 4 miles. 1/3 split.
7. YWB: 10 Min Full Body Stretch For Muscle Soreness and Tension Relief: I had to substitute again.

Friday 01.31.2025
1. Power Pose Challenge Day 24: Done!
2. Power Walk Challenge Day 1: 2 Minutes March Steps: I focused on bringing my knees up.
3. Foundation Light Day 10 | Strength: Level 3, no rest.
4. Micro Break Workout.
5. 1 mile walk outside.
6. YWB: 10 Min Full Body Stretch For Muscle Soreness and Tension Relief: I had to substitute again.

Notes: I spent the work day trying to finish setting up my laptop. I did not finish. I didnā€™t feel like doing anything after work so I just did Yoga after dinner. Friday night sucked again but only after 9.

I ran into these recently while going through Foundation and felt the same way. Missing them, that is. Though it is kind of a weird, gross name, too.

I like to call those ā€œDead Spiders.ā€ Itā€™s more motivating when Iā€™m struggling :imp:

1. Power Pose Challenge Day 25: Done!
2. Begin with Breath Tai Chi: Day 4 - Easing Tension | STRENGTH - 30 Days of Tai Chi: Nice.
3. YWB: 10 Min Full Body Stretch For Muscle Soreness and Tension Relief.
4. Power Walk Challenge Day 2: 3 Minutes March Steps.
5. 4 mile walk outside: I miss the days when walking was pain-free. This walk was much better than the other ones this week.
6. Foundation Light Day 11 | Cardio. Level 3, no rest.
7. Whirlwind Workout: 2 sets, no rest. So quick I did an extra set.

Notes: An uneventful day. šŸ˜Œ

2. Begin with Breath Tai Chi: Day 5 ā€“ Enhancing Mental Clarity
| STRENGTH ā€“ 30 Days of Tai Chi: We did some new moves.
3. YWB: 10 Min Full Body Stretch For Muscle Soreness and Tension Relief.
4. 4 mile walk outside.
5. Power Walk Challenge Day 2: 2 Minutes March Steps.
6. Foundation Light Day 12 | Tendons: Level 3, no rest.
7. Foundation Light Day 13 | Abs: Level 3, no rest.
8. Hip Strength Workout: 1 set. This was good.

Notes: No football so once I did not do a pajama day. It was in the 60s so I wanted to walk outside.

2. Power Walk Challenge Day 4: 3 Min 30 Sec March Steps
3. Foundation Light Day 14 | Cardio: Level 3, no rest.
4. Goblin Mode Workout: 1 set. I really liked this one.
5. HR: 30 MIN Chest & Back STRENGTH Supersets // HR12WEEK EXPRESS: Day 12: Good workout with a lot of modifications.
6. Total outside walking = 4 miles. 1/3 split.
7. BYNM: DAY 5 - IGNITE PASSION - Sacral Chakra Yoga | Yoga Every Damn Day 30 Day Challenge with Nico: I really enjoyed this one. Even my high lunges went well.
