1. Power Pose Challenge Day 18 Done!
2. Begin with Breath Tai Chi: Day 2 - Strengthening Joints | STRENGTH - 30 Days of Tai Chi: I was shaky today.
3. Kyra Pro: 5,000 STEPS WALKING WORKOUT (Low Impact): I am sure this was fun but I really wasn't present.
4. Standing Abs Challenge Day 25; 32 knee-to-elbows, 5 sets. 30 seconds active rest of march steps between sets.
5. Foundation Light Day 3 | Cardio: Level 3, no rest. This one started to bother my lower back...but I am realizing the pain is coming from just below my lower back and radiating to my lower back.
6. Winter Blues Workout: 1 set. The name is appropriate for the day.
Notes: I didnāt know what to expect today so much anxiety was high. The day turned out to uneventful cold and snowy. We didnāt walk but we did do laundry.
