@graoumia thank you, it is quite good since I managed enough energy for a crazy day as you will read ;)

Week flew by - I worked tuesday, and then taking time off - Wednesday was celebrating my dad's birthday (something I wouldn't have believed possible 365 days ago...), Thursday rest, Friday crazy day , Saturday rest from the crazy day ;)

So... Friday morning I went with Best Friend MC at the "made in France fair" - manufacturer, artisans, all kind of good stuff, from all around France.e We had food (duh ;) ), nice clothes, woodwork, metal work, some very nice knifes/cutlery, etc... I filled Father Christmas's backpack quite a lot : a barometer for Older Bro, bicycle accessories (pants protectors and seat protectoors) forr Sister In Law, a really nice poncho / shawl for mom (who is hard to buy for), flavored vinegars for SIL's mom, elastic laces for Darling Nephew and his sweetie, plus for me a woolen hat, a super cute poncho for telecommuting, and a commemorative pin which beneficiaries are terrorism victims, military, and orphans under the protection of the state - our equivalent to the UK "poppy pin", for us it is a cornflower. (Le bleuet de France, for our French bees). That was lots of fun, interesting meetings, and encouraging!

And end of afternoon I had a meet with Best Friend A, who had free passes for the Louvre. We went through the Greek, Egyptian and antique (mesopotamian, babylonian) antiquities, with so much pleasure, and getting lost more than once, LOL. The Louvre is gigantic, and it is only a small portion! Of course I said hello to Tawaret the lady of the Nile, and Artemis hunting gracefully ;) and the little black kitty statue. I particularly liked a statue of old Silene holding baby Dyonisus, the old man's face is just so very touching

So, tiring day, but good memories ;)

I continued faithfully the EoD (today Side Elblow Planks), Push Up streak challenge now up to D9, and Athena now D9 (yes, said a hello to Athena's statues too, LOL!)

1 year and 218 consecutive days of exercise (one year 210 days on 01/11).

This morning EoD (arm scissors), Push up streak D13 - I divide it as "fillers" between my exercise sets, LOL , and Athena D13.

Today is also remembrance of the November 13th attacks in Paris, 10 years ago. It is still a difficult memory for many French. I was visiting London that day, and remember vividly all the Londoners who had added the French flag to their rememberance poppy - thank you...

1 year and 222 consecutive days of exercise (one year 210 days on 01/11). Oh, pretty number, 222!

What else ... saw my endocrinologist yesterday, and he told me he had described my case to the ob-gyns and med students in his hospital - LOL, didn't know I'd get famous that way! (well, a hormon-dependant cancer in someone who wasn't supposed to get these hormons is kinda a medical oddity, I guess!)

:chuckle:
He was tempted to ask me to come for day clinic next spring, but agreed I had enough hospital time like that, and made do with a vampiric blood draw (i swear, about 10 to 12 samples!) that must mimic the initial blood draw I get at the day clinic.

Sunday EOD, Push up stread D3 30 - DONE!, and Athena D30 - already previously finished.
So, for December I started the 2 mins mobility challenge D1, and Fit Christmas D1.

Can't wait to see what the ornaments shall be! The snow fight I find too intense, but decorating that Christmas tree with all bees is fun!

A few tiring days. Work, heavy reheasing for our choir's concert next Saturday (on the 13th), and yesterday ... the delightful surprise of flooding in my appartment.
No damage done, still got to have two heavy carpets (traditional middle east carpets in untreated wool) water-logged , and that need to be sent to a specialist for safe drying , and tomorrow my builder (how do you say? The person who did + oversaw all renovations in my appartment) comes to fix the leaky tubes. But I am soooooo tired by this... When I say I have no energy reserve now... Sigh.
But it'll get better. That was your whinny wolf pup's update, until she rests and your favorite positive neighborhood pharmacist wolvie comes bacl, LOL.

Every day EoD; 2 mins mobility challenge down to D7, and Fir Christmas down to D7.

1 year and 246 consecutive days of exercise (one year 240 days on 01/12).

:hug:for the flooding. That is awful. I hope your carpets will be okay!

my builder (how do you say? The person who did + oversaw all renovations in my appartment)
Usually renovator or remodeller (remodeler in the US). But also possibly general contractor (if they were more the manager of a large-scale project).

Bon courage pour ton concert! Or: Merde! Does one say "Merde!" to a choral singer?

Remodeler sounds good, @Laura Rainbow Dragon , thank you! I really try to keep working my English vocabulary . For the second part, can't say thank you, but thumb up!

Waiting for the remodeler, then a phone call from insurance, then the carpet specialist. One step after the other.

EoD - lunges, 2 mins mobility challenge D8, and Fit Christmas D8.

1 year and 247 consecutive days of exercise (one year 240 days on 01/12).
