@graoumia To be honest, 14 does make more sense. Anyway, it’s never to early for hugs, so thank you again :hug:
@TopNotch And 30 days would also make more sense. I can’t think of another 15 day challenge. I would not mind if it got changed to 30. Btw, the challenging part for me is to do the hug and give myself a compliment for something positive in the day. Sometimes I have to think pretty hard on it. But doing it every day is my personal 5 seconds of contemplation and that in itself does work well.

Thanks for the links to the workouts -- I hadn't seen the Hug Challenge, Rotator Cuff or Sore Feet one before (I'm very new to Darebees), and they look like ones I'll want to start including in my practices, too. And congratulations on the persistence!!

@JesseW Welcome to Darebee! Yeah, the preventive stuff like Rotator Cuff and the Hug Challenge are nice. Also good as a little warmup for the rest of your exercises.
