I'm not even halfway through grouting the hallway floor alone but it's coming along well for someone who's never done it before. :LOL:
I tried various positions: sitting, kneeling, lying down but in the end the deep squat is the best position even if after a while you can't get up by yourself anymore :P
In order not to get up I started making some primal movements to move around :LOL:

Tomorrow I'm going to the gym, I'm happy to go and work out there rather than squatting on the floor :P
Once I've finished the corridor, I'll take the rest much more calmly, no more than an hour a day, I'll take as long as I need :)

This morning I trained in the gym and in the afternoon I finished grouting the tiles in the corridor :yas:
In the next few days I'll check everything again and fix the imperfections but the hard part is done :)

How's your back from the grouting? Hope you find stretches and counterposes that help!
That's pretty good, once I figured out what position to be in it was just a matter of how long I could stay there before I couldn't get up anymore :LOL:

Today I finished my weekly gym workout and also a first two-month cycle in which I got used to training in the gym again with machines, barbells and dumbbells.
It went much better than expected, being careful to favor higher reps but lighter weights my body reacted much better than usual and I have no joint pain, just a little soreness after an intense workout. Shoulders are fine, I have a little discomfort in my back but I intend to work on strengthening it with targeted exercises and stretching.
I'm thinking of making a schedule of my training so I can quickly refer to it to see how my training is going over time, rather than focusing too much on the short and very short term.
I mull over how to optimize what I'm doing, so I like what I'm doing :LOL:

Adding extra stretching at the end of my gym workout went really well, I was afraid I had lost flexibility but I still managed fine :)
The gym workout has gotten a lot longer between warm up and cool down but I've put together exercises that I like, that give me satisfaction and that train me, so it's fine like this.

Today I attacked the weeds in the garden with a cold steel sword, two hours of hand-to-hand combat with half-meter tall grass.

I replaced Chakrasana with Setu Bandha Sarvangasana in the 6 min deep yoga poses session because doing the full bridge with a sore back risks doing more harm than good.
The 21 min mobility and stretching workout works well so I'll keep that as a base for days I need active recovery.
I plan to pay special attention to both active training and active recovery so that I can learn how to properly dose them for my maximum well-being :)
