Today, I went on a longer cycling adventure that covered 40 km instead of my usual 30 km. A significant part of the route was a section of the 2nd stage of the Tour de France last year and is called the "mountain route". Not that we have mountains in Denmark, but it sounds better than the "hill route". Even though Denmark doesn't have mountains, some hills on the route have a 5-10% gradient. The view from the top of the hills was stunning! Unfortunately, I ran into a little trouble on the last hill when my chain came off, and one of the links got twisted. I tried to fix it, but it didn't work, so I had to walk home. Thankfully, I managed to roll down the hill carefully and only had to walk 3 km home in my socks. Now I’m just waiting for a new chain to arrive so I can fix my bicycle.

Hopefully, it will arrive this week. Yesterday I also received a lot of cleaning products for my bike. One reason for my mishap was that I hadn't washed and protected the bike enough. I have not changed a chain before, so I am looking forward to this job/challenge :)

Today, I tried something new to have a motivating workout. I asked ChatGPT to help me create a fitness role-playing game based on H.P. Lovecraft's books, the role-playing game Call of Cthulhu, and Darebee workouts.

I provided it with various prompts to generate the first chapter of my fitness role-playing game and recommendations for today's training. The prompts included, among other things, my fitness goals and Darebee's workout filters.

Here is the first chapter:

Chapter 1: The Discovery
You are a librarian at the old, dusty library in the small American town of Arkham. The city is known for its rich history and superstitious population. You spend your days cleaning up and organizing books while dreaming of adventures far away from mundane everyday life.

Chapter 2: The Path into Darkness

After your successful first workout and discoveries in the mysterious book about the Eldars, you feel a strong urge to explore more of their world. You have become obsessed with unravelling the truth behind their existence and their dark powers.

You return to the library and go to the hidden area where you usually keep the rare and forbidden books. Here, you search for more clues and information about the Eldars. Among old shelves and dusty books, you dig deeper into the secrets that have been hidden for decades.

Thanks, @astro_rae. I'm still working on how to prompt ChatGPT, so it writes a continuous story and gives me the best recommendations for my workouts. At the moment, I have to reload some of my earlier prompts to keep ChatGPT on the right track. I'm considering building an application for the job. I'm not sure if it is feasible, but I'm willing to give it a shot.

I did but it was too long and by the end I lost motivation and had hardly any ideas. I just tried to finish it and shove in workouts.
