Today's Log (12/26/24)
For whatever reason, I'm pretty tired. I'm holding on the meditation and exercises. I did go on a nature walk with my sister at the fort in our hometown, though, so not completely lazy.

I forgot to say that I drank 34 oz of water yesterday. Today was more of 17 oz. But I'll worry about that as well when I'm back home.
