Thanks @Tileenah, @Mamatigerj, @Gandhalfit, @Montserrat, @Fremen

Yesterday
:v: Epic Arms Challenge - Day 2
:v: 60 days of walking - Day 11 - modified
:v: Push Pull Legs program - Day 11 - modified

I made a city trip yesterday and had close to 20.000 steps in the evening. It was probably never 60 mins of of non-stop walking but i count the day anyway.
For the PPL program i was not able to hold the 90 sec planks, so i did 60 seconds again and did more crunches instead.

Today:
:v: Epic Arms Challenge - Day 3
:v: 60 days of walking - Day 12 - 60 min - 5 km, skipped part 2
:v: Push Pull Legs program - Day 12 - modified

I was careful with the squats and did only the minimum number of those and i exchanged the single leg deadlifts with normal ones, double count.

:v: Epic Arms Challenge - Day 6
:v: 60 days of walking - Day 15 - 90 min - 8 km
:v: Push Pull Legs program - Day 15 - crunches instead of hollow hold again

Extra Credit because
- todays walk was mostly in the rain and
- i exceeded the walking times of the program on most days and
- finished a week first time in a very long while with more than 100.000 steps, 10.000 more to be precise

Guess i am back in the game.

:v: Epic Arms Challenge - Day 7
:v: 60 days of walking - Day 16 - 60 min - 5 km
:v: Push Pull Legs program - Day 16 - modified

I had to skip lunges again and did regular deadlifts, actually shortened the PPL day but count it anyway. My twisted ankle from a while ago is still not fully healed and the knee is still acting up so i am careful with that one. Walking is not problem at all but lunges and squats make trouble. I believe i am simply to heavy at the moment for my joints to cope. These days my life is pretty relaxed, not much work and vacation ahead and i enjoy that a lot and it is much needed too. I hope it stays like this for a couple of weeks, except for the weather, which could be more like summer (it's wet and cold for way to long now) and i hope i can finally turn things around on the food-front again. It's really about time…
