Saturday i went mudflat hiking (Wattwandern) and i took the biggest tour available: 21 km in about 7 hours. It was a bit of an adventure and a truly awesome experience.

I went to an island afterwards and spent the last few days in Hamburg again. On some days i forgot to wear my smartwatch, that is when only minutes are given for the walking program but no distance. Two travel days i can not count for the program and i stopped doing the second parts while travelling. Maybe i catch up on those the next days. So here is what i can remember…
My knee is still acting up and i couldn't do part 2 of the walking program but did the knee rehab workout instead. I'm afraid i am a bit too heavy for my joints for way too long…
I skipped two days of workouts because excitement and lack of time on my birthday and the day after when i threw a little party. Usually i only celebrate very little with my closest friends who i meet once a week anyway but this year i felt the urge to thank a lot of people for all the help i had past year when i was sick and it was a wonderful little party with a bunch of really amazing friends. I feel very grateful and happy.
Now i return to return to regular life again…
