That cardio kick workout looks great. Maybe I'll add it tonight if everything goes okay at the vet. I feel like my workout today was too short.

Thank you @Tileenah You're absolutely right, it's better than nothing.
Problem is that after many (8) years of exercise and over 3 years of exercising every single day I should become stronger, faster, better etc. instead I have a hard time doing exercises I was doing effortlessly at the beginning… I don't understand that…

Maybe you should see a doctor about that ? (Maybe you already did and if it's the case just ignore my comment) I only say this because the 3 last times I had major setbacks in physical training, there was something really wrong with my health (a burn-out the first time, a pneumonia the second and a badly herniated disc the third...)
And for the pneumonia my only symptom was fatigue... Like I was never rested, even when I slept well...
