Since I've reached the end of several challenges and programs, I'm starting some new ones tomorrow:
  • 8 weeks to 5K - I'm going to Italy for a family vacation in mid-Spring, and need to be ready to walk my feet off, this should help
  • Power HIIT - combining both of my new loves for HIIT and for using dumbbells in exercises
  • Daily Abs Challenge - my core seems weak, so I'm going to work on it
  • 30 mins walking at the end as well as the beginning - also to help when I go on vacation
  • I will be continuing both of my maintenance challenges

Finished two of my challenge/programs, will add two more likely similar. I think I need to work on my abs more and I've been happy working on basic lifting. Still not sure what programs yet, looking at a few. I also don't want to pick up a longer program, I'm going on vacay late March to Italy for almost two weeks. Plan to walk my feet off, so not going to worry about working out. I'll probably do Warrior Abs Challenge and Express Tone program.
