but feeling fit as hell got my body back after being sick and recovery from neck sprain!

went for a long swim! did 8 laps in the pool and felt satisfied with how amazing the body feels! ooooooo hell yeaaaa!! feeling fit as hell and keeping to being regular now! sorry didnt do that much durbee!

Did as much as i could today exhausted myself in a good way and feeling fit and workout is all worth feeling healthy! these sugar cakes after birthday is the main problem lol hahahaha after workout a great day of workout! Dam sugar cakes lol wishing i didnt put one spoon of that into my body just when i have gone off sugar... lol...!!

Did as much as i could possibly got friction burn all over my feet due to extreme hott weather here and felt the high burn in the body! the workout is all worth it each and everyday but just make sure to eat healthy as i made the mistake of binging on cake wish i hadnt lol i admit it lol.

Thank you @Tileenah @TopNotch @Fremen i will continue to complete more challenges, workouts and programs looking forward to where this takes me! you guys are an inspiration and motivation!

work out is always worth it once you know your goals for the month and how you want to achieve the workout! but for right now mind isnt where it should be.. need time to process stuff....

Not been doing well lately trying to put my energy in workout but but been sick like crazy but will get back on the feet.....

Felt the burn and breathlessness and feeling ok but lost muscle in the body not feeling great about it but trying my best to get muscle back in the body.
Workout is all worth it but according to the goal you are trying to achieve for the month! following strict diet along with workout which has me losing shit amount of weight....

Felt the burn and breathlessness and feeling ok but lost muscle in the body not feeling great about it but trying my best to get muscle back in the body.
Workout is all worth it but according to the goal you are trying to achieve for the month! following strict diet along with workout which has me losing shit amount of weight and is sore like hell from all over the body! gone on a strict regime for myself trying to not feel like shit with my body as i have lost muscle gonna work on it like crazy to gain muscle back! after being sick the body has lost too much muscle and energy is on a alltime hell its up and down after being sick....

hope to get myself back on track with health and wellness.... completed one more program!!

Worked Out as much as the body do possibly and pushed myself to the limit without a break 6 hours of non stop workout gave it my all! felt such a high burn and the breathlessness and soreness after workout! trying to do my level best and keep up with the energy that is up and down.....!

Its all worth it every single day!

Did as much as i could possibly been working out alot just to get my body up and moving and trying to be regular with my promise of keeping fit! felt the real burn in the body and oh my gosh body is feeling fitter then ever before! keeping to no sugar no carbs and no junk food! feeling wonderful!

keeping to the goal of the month of working more on my arms and balancing it out!




Worked Out as much as the body do possibly and pushed myself to the limit without a break 6 hours of non stop workout gave it my all! felt such a high burn and the breathlessness and soreness after workout! trying to do my level best and keep up with the energy that is up and down.....!

Did as much as i could possibly do felt sooooo much born in the body and feeling helll yess with the body, felt the breathlessness and feeling hell yesss! working out alot just to get the blood pumping in my body and feel wonderful!

Goals for the Month: work more on my arms and balance them out a bit! feeling hell yessss! looking forward to where all this takes me!
