✔Power Hold Challenge D26
✔Epic Abs Challenge D26
✔EotD
✔Dead Hang Challenge D17
✔Daily HIIT D26, 7 sets, 30s rest
✔Shadebound D25, Then D26...
First set I did as is. Then took 30s rest.
Decided to add the 5kg dumbbells to all the exercises (except push ups obv.).
So then I did 2 sets with 30s rest, and the remaining 4 sets with 45s rest.
5 Minute Strength, 5kg Dumbells.
