In my church in Belgium, they had put me in charge of the nursery during service for 0 to 2 years old - me, the celibate, LOL! Anyhow that got me to know lots of people to get my rooster of volunteers (that shows a lot about people, LOL!), and of course I was often in the nursery, but afterwards, seeing the little ones giggles and run into my arms and legs when coming down to take the coffee was worth it.

@PetiteSheWolf, that is so very true!

That was it for formal exercise, but as Sundays are Rest Days, i am counting playtime in the church nursery and with the grands; also did some stretching.

The Mariners are only 1 win away from going to the World Series (of course, they are only 1 loss away from not going, but i live in hope!)

It was a great series; congratulations to the Blue Jays and their fans.:friend:

~Sleepover with 8yo and 3yo grands, so my daughter and her boyfriend could have a night out. Kids slept great, but i can never get comfortable on her memory foam mattress, so my early morning workout was done very early at 230. Also, no morning walk.
All in all, it was a very pleasant, leisurely start to November.:ss:
