  • 84 arm circles (already did 250 during Dec Challenge)
  • 19 squats (already did 55 during Fit Dec)
  • Fighting Cancer: 334 punches and 84 kicks
  • 6 sets of: 40 jacks (step, side, seal, march, twist, split ~all low impact) +10 push-ups (wall, counter, stairs, stairs, counter, wall); 2minutes rest
  • 4 sets of: 15 jacks (step, side, seal, march) +4 push-ups (regular, knee, stairs, stairs); 2 sets of 17 jacks (twist, split) w/8 counter push-ups in between
ORNAMENTS 2025 Progress:
My plan is to earn all six of the ornaments from 10-15 December, which leaves me the 16th to play catch up (if necessary) and claim the one i want placed on the tree.

  • Program: Fit December day 11 Hall Pass #2 used ~did slow butt kicks, so doubled to 120
  • Workout of the Day: No Burpees (Trust Me) level II +ec (included 100 squats)

  • Program: Fit December day 16; even with the full 2min rest i could only manage 3 sets; used Hall Pass #4 to finish it off

  • Program: TEN day 22; substituted squats for reverse lunges since i just did 100 rl in FD
took about a 30-minute break, then did:

~The afternoon and evening took a few unexpected turns, so i was glad to have gotten my exercise done early.

We went out for dinner and strolled around to look at light displays, then came home and exchanged gifts between just the two of us and hung our little collection of anniversary ornaments on the tree.
