3. KyraPro: 5 MIN STEP CHALLENGE (DAY 26): Rating = 9.0. This was the last day of the challenge. I will probably use this challenge again as a warm-up.
3. BFBA: 30 MINUTE ARMS & BACK BOOT CAMP - Fat Burning at Home Workout (Show Up Day #20): Rating = 9.0. Last day of "Show Up". Good workout except that I could not handle the Bonus Move.
4. BYNM: DAY 22 | Self-Confidence | 🦋 BODY, MIND, SOUL: 30 Days of Yoga Transformation with Nico: Rating = 9.0. Some interesting stretches.
5. 2 walks = 5 miles outside. 1:30:48

Notes: Day 48 of the SCP. DOMS are better. I finished both Show Up and the 5 Min Step Challenge. I took me longer than 20 and 26 days respectively but I do what works for me. 😺

2. 30 Days of LIIT Day 22: Level 3, no rest. Rating = 9.0.
3. RttR: 10 Min DANCE CARDIO • BRUNO MARS Workout • 1000 Steps • Walking Workout #165: Rating = 8.5. This was pretty dancy and I am not a dancer.
4. HR: ✨️ Glow Up 2.0 // Day 1: Total Body Metcon: Rating = 9.0. Hard but good workout. I had to modify.
5. BYNM: DAY 23 | Non-Attachment Aparigraha | 🦋 BODY, MIND, SOUL: 30 Days of Yoga Transformation with Nico 🦋: Rating = 9.0. I really liked this one.
6. 3 walks = 5 miles outside. 1:30:56.

Notes: Day 49 of the SCP. I started Glow Up. It’s only 7 days. Needless to say, I won’t be doing it 7 days in a row.

1. Begin with Breath Tai Chi: Day 8 - Rejuvenate and Renew | BEGIN - 30 Days of Tai Chi: Rating = 9.0.
2. Boxing: 20 minutes of speedbag/heavy bag (punching, kicking, strikes (knee, elbow, palm), back fist combos: Rating = 8.5. Good workout but I am not completely satisfied with my round kicks just yet.
3. YWK: 10 min Morning Yoga for Beginners - Perfect Way To Start Your Day: Rating = 9.0. Kind of an active practice but still nice.
4. 2 walks = 6 miles outside. 1:49:12.

Notes: Day 50 of the SCP. Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Finals. The lesser of the 2 evil teams won.

3. GFWR: 20 Minute Minute Fat Burning Workout | Speed Walk: Rating = 8.5. He talked fast and walked fast. Not as fun as usual.
4. HR: ✨️ Glow Up 2.0 // Day 2: Core & Booty Bootcamp: Rating = 8.5. The amount of modification I had to do is humbling.
5. 3 walks = 5 miles outside. 1:29:22.

Notes: Day 52 of the SCP. Day 2 of the Finals. The lesser of the two evils won again.

2. 30 Days of LIIT Day 24: Level 3, no rest. Rating = 8.5. These are probably my least favorite days.
3. Moving Mango: Day 3: Aster | FULL BODY FLOW- 21 Days of Bloom – Pilates to plant Trust: Rating = 8.5. This was quite a workout.
4. YWA: Center – Day 21 – Strength: Rating = 8.5. Very core focused. I had to modify.
5. 3 walks = 5 miles outside. 1:30:30.

3. RttR: RETRO HIIT WALK Workout • 1200 STEPS • Walking Workout #92 • Keoni Tamayo: Rating = 8.5. Good music, tricky (for me) dance steps and no kitties. 😿
4. HR: ✨️ Glow Up 2.0 // Day 3: Cardio AMRAP: Rating = 8.5. I did low impact versions of most of the moves.
5. BYNM: DAY 25 | Full Moon in Leo | 🦋 BODY, MIND, SOUL: 30 Days of Yoga Transformation with Nico 🦋: Rating = 8.5. Not shocking that I had problems with balancing.
6. 3 walks = 5 miles outside. 1:30:23.

4. HR: ✨️ Glow Up 2.0 // Day 4: Upper Body Shred: Rating = 9.0. Good workout. I only needed to modify a couple of times.
5. BYNM: DAY 26 | Inner Sanctuary | 🦋 BODY, MIND, SOUL: 30 Days of Yoga Transformation with Nico 🦋: Rating = 9.0. This was lovely.
5. 3 walks = 4 miles outside. 1:12:43.

1. KyraPro: MAMMA MIA DANCE WORKOUT: Rating = 8.5. I did a lower impact version of this routine.
2. HR: ✨️ Glow Up 2.0 // Day 5: No Repeats HIIT Workout: Rating = 8.5. I also did mostly low impact modifications of this one too.
3. BYNM: DAY 27 | Flexibility & Release Yin | 🦋 BODY, MIND, SOUL: 30 Days of Yoga Transformation with Nico 🦋: Rating = 9.5. I loved this one.
4. 3 walks = 5 miles outside. 1:30:29.

Notes: Day 56 of the SCP. Low impact modifications have become my best friends. 💖

2. Boxing: 20 minutes of speedbag/heavy bag (punching, kicking, strikes (knee, elbow, palm), back fist combos: Rating = 8.5. Round kicks were better but my speedbag was terrible.
3. YWB: 10 Minute Morning Yoga Stretch for Tension and Relaxation: Rating = 9.0. This was very relaxing.
4. 2 walks = 6 miles outside. 1:49:03.

2. Boxing: 20 minutes of speedbag/heavy bag (punching, kicking, strikes (knee, elbow, palm), back fist combos: Rating = 8.5. Speedbag was better. Round kicks were ok.
3. YWB: 10 Minute Gentle Yoga Stretch TO FILL YOUR CUP: Rating = 9.0. Relaxing.
4. 3 walks = 5 miles outside. 1:30:25.

2. 30 Days of LIIT Day 26: Level 3, no rest. Rating = 9.0.
3. GFWR: Queen Walking Workout | 10 minute 1300 steps at home: Rating = 9.0. This was fun and I think I actually got most of the steps.
4. HR: ✨️ Glow Up 2.0 // Day 6: Glutes & Thighs Workout: Rating = 9.0. This was a good workout although my movements were pretty small on a couple of the exercises.
5. BYNM: DAY 28 | Crown Chakra | 🦋 BODY, MIND, SOUL: 30 Days of Yoga Transformation with Nico 🦋: Rating = 9.0. Nice yoga but I didn't do the optional headstand. 🙀
6. 3 walks = 5 miles outside. 1:29:19

1. KyraPro: Easy To Follow 10 Minute Rock Walking Workout (1500 Steps): Rating = 8.5. Not really rock music. This was ok.
2. HR: ✨️ Glow Up 2.0 // Day 7: Total Body Tabata + Stretch: Rating = 8.0. I wasn’t really feeling it today.
3. BYNM: DAY 29 | Arms & Shoulders | 🦋 BODY, MIND, SOUL: 30 Days of Yoga Transformation with Nico 🦋: Rating = 8.5. Parts of this were tough.
4. 2 walks = 5 miles outside. 1:28:34
Notes: Day 60 of the SCP. Too many meetings, doctor's appointment for my husband and a crappy hockey game. At least the appointment was uneventful and so far the bloodwork was good.

Notes: Day 61 of the SCP. The rest of the bloodwork came in…it was stable to improving. I had a hair appointment after work so no workout. There’s something weird going on with my eye.

1. Caroline Girvan: IRON Series 30 Min Leg Workout - Dumbbell Leg Day | 1: Rating = 9.0. This was tough but I liked it. I liked how she does her reps slow.
2. BYNM: DAY 30 | BEGIN Again | 🦋 BODY, MIND, SOUL: 30 Days of Yoga Transformation with Nico: Rating = 9.0. The warriors and triangle were hard because my legs were so tired.
3. 3 walks = 5 miles outside. 1:30:42.

2. BYNM: DAY 31 | Dedicate | 🦋 BODY, MIND, SOUL: 30 Days of Yoga Transformation with Nico 🦋: Rating = 9.0. Great way to end the program.
3. 3 walks = 5 miles outside. 1:29:14.

5. Caroline Girvan: IRON Series 30 Min Upper BodyWorkout – Shoulders, Back, Chest | 2: Rating = 9.0. Good workout. I needed 1 slight modification.
6. Walk & Run Challenge Day 21 (10 march steps, 10 high knees. 5 sets, no rest). Rating = 8.5.

Notes: Day 66 of the SCP. Last night was terrible…went to bed late and didn’t sleep. Today, I was supposed to start Couch to 5K (treadmill) but I was too tired and anxious. The good thing about today game 7 of the Stanley Cup Final. Great game and the team I was rooting for won.

2. Posture Tonic by Jacinta Brown: 30 min Beginner Pilates all-floor workout: Strengthen, Stretch & Align #homeworkout: Rating = 9.0. Tough on the Triceps but a good workout.
3. SBY: 10 minute Slow Flow: Rating = 8.5. My balance was crap.
4. 3 walks = 5 miles outside. 1:29:38.

Notes: Last day before 9 days off (4 vacation days, 2 weekends and a holiday) and I was supposed to “ease into vacation”. Not so when credits/debits don’t balance. Worked through lunch so I wouldn’t have to stay late. By the end of the end of the day, my neck was killing me.

2. Boxing: 20 minutes of speedbag/heavy bag (punching, kicking, strikes (knee, elbow, palm), back fist combos: Rating = 8.5. I was just slugging it out. But you know how sometimes the perfect song comes along for your life? Right now that song is "Hang Tough" by Tesla. That song came on and I really upped my intensity.
3. YWB: 15 Min Morning Yoga Full Body Stretch: Rating = 9.0.
4. 3 walks = 8 miles outside. 2:22:05.
5. Walk & Run Challenge Day 24 (100 march steps). In one go. Rating = 9.5
6. 30 Days of LIIT Day 28: Level 3, no rest. Rating = 8.5. I could really feel this.
7. 30 Days of LIIT Day 29 Level 3, no rest. Rating = 9.0

Notes: Decent first day off with a lot of activity.

1. Begin with Breath Tai Chi: Ever Day Tai Chi | Tai Chi for Beginners | 20 Minute Flow: Rating = 9.0. A longer practice but nice!
2. BYNM: Yoga for Not Giving a F**k | 10 Minutes: Rating = 9.5. This was awesome.

Notes: Pajama Day. We hung out all day. I read. A really nice day.

Notes: Yesterday's Pajama Day was so successful, we decided to do another one.

4. 2 walks = 8 miles outside 2:22:53.

Notes: Back to some anxiety but at least I had a good workout day and we walked a lot.

2. Boxing: 20 minutes of speedbag/heavy bag (punching, kicking, strikes (knee, elbow, palm), back fist combos: Rating = 8.0. I felt out of sync.
3. BYNM: Yoga for Forgiveness: Rating = 9.5. I really enjoyed this one. Gentle stretches.
4. 3 walks = 6 miles outside. 1:46:12.
5. Walk & Run Challenge Day 24 (10 march steps, 10 high knees. 5 sets, no rest). Rating = 9.0
6. 30 Days of LIIT Day 30: Level no rest. Rating = 8.5. I finally finished this program. I didn't feel like doing it again but figured I could get through 7 minutes of anything.

Notes: Pretty much the same as last Saturday except that we got a load of laundry done.
