1. Begin with Breath Tai Chi: 10 Minute Morning Tai Chi for Beginners: Rating = 9.0. This also had a little yoga.
2. Boxing: 20 minutes of speedbag/heavy bag (punching, kicking, strikes (knee, elbow, palm), back fist combos: Rating = 8.0. Not as good as yesterday.
3. BYNM: Yoga for Emotional Balance | 10 Minutes: Rating = 8.5. Nice but I had problems with one pose on one side.
4. Ninja Challenge Day 23: Discipline. 30 second calf raise hold. Rating = 8.5. The biggest challenge for me is balance.
5. 4 mile walk outside. 1:12:45.
Notes: Day 23 of the SCP. I think I need more caffeine on Sundays. I could hardly keep my eyes open today.
