1. Begin with Breath Tai Chi: 10 Minute Morning Tai Chi for Beginners: Rating = 9.0. This also had a little yoga.
2. Boxing: 20 minutes of speedbag/heavy bag (punching, kicking, strikes (knee, elbow, palm), back fist combos: Rating = 8.0. Not as good as yesterday.
3. BYNM: Yoga for Emotional Balance | 10 Minutes: Rating = 8.5. Nice but I had problems with one pose on one side.
4. Ninja Challenge Day 23: Discipline. 30 second calf raise hold. Rating = 8.5. The biggest challenge for me is balance.
5. 4 mile walk outside. 1:12:45.

Notes: Day 23 of the SCP. I think I need more caffeine on Sundays. I could hardly keep my eyes open today.

1. SBY: 5 minute Morning Yoga Stretch | A chill way to start your day: Rating = 9.0. This was pretty chill.
2. Ninja Challenge Day 24: Power 30 second jump squats. Rating = 8.5. Better than I thought.
3. 30 Days of LIIT Day 6: Rating = 8.5. Strange foot pain during butt-kickers on set 5.
4. KyraPro: 5 MIN STEP CHALLENGE (DAY 15): Rating = 9.0
5. BFBA: 30 Minute Barre Flow Workout for Mobility, Flexibility & Stretching (Show Up Day # 9). Rating = 9.0. Awesome workout but much more than stretching.
6. 4 mile walk outside: 1:12:10.

1. BYNM: 5 Minute Morning Yoga | Breathe In A New Day: Rating = 9.0. Really nice.
2. Ninja Challenge Day 25: Resilience 30 second reverse plank hold. Rating = 8.5. Not fun but I got it done.
3. 30 Days of LIIT Day 6: Level 3, no rest. Rating = 8.5. Some pain but I think it was muscular.
4. 2 walks = 4 miles outside: 1:10:53.

Notes: Day 25 of the SCP. My husband's bloodwork is stable. He has scheduled bloodwork next Monday and if it’s still stable, the doctor is ok moving to every other week.

2. Ninja Challenge Day 26: Plasticity plank walk-outs.Rating = 9.0. Not bad at all.
3. 30 Days of LIIT Day 7: Level 3, no rest. Rating = 8.0. Not my favorite. Ouch.
4. KyraPro: 5 MIN STEP CHALLENGE (DAY 16): Rating = 9.0.
5. BFBA: 30 MINUTE NO EQUIPMENT CLUSTER SETS - Beginner Workout at Home (Show Up Day # 10): Rating = 9.0. Another ass-kicking from Amy!
6. BYNM: DAY 13 | Deep Surrender Yin | 🦋 BODY, MIND, SOUL: 30 Days of Yoga Transformation with Nico 🦋: Rating = 9.0. Mostly comfortable.

5. BFBA: 30 MINUTE NO EQUIPMENT CLUSTER SETS - Beginner Workout at Home (Show Up Day # 10): Rating = 9.0. Another ass-kicking from Amy!

1. YWB: Delicious MORNING YOGA Stretch to FEEL YOUR BEST!: Rating = 9.0.
2. Ninja Challenge Day 28: precision. 30 seconds shoulder taps. Rating = 8.5.
3. 30 Days of LIIT Day 10: Level 3, no rest. Rating = 9.0.
4. KyraPro: 5 MIN STEP CHALLENGE (DAY 17): Rating = 9.0.
5. BFBA: 30 Minute at Home Tabata Build with Weights Workout (SHOW UP DAY # 11): Rating = 9.0. Great Workout that didn't kill me.
6. 2 walks = 4 miles outside. 1:11:13. The second 2 miles was really hot.
Notes: Day 28 of the SCP. The Avs Stanley Cup dreams ended tonight in double overtime in game 6 (round 2). 😿. But I actually worked out on a Friday.

1. Boxing: 20 minutes of speedbag/heavy bag (punching, kicking, strikes (knee, elbow, palm), back fist combos: Rating = 8.5. My round kicks were a little sloppy.
2. YWK: 15 min Morning Yoga Flow - All Levels, No Props: Rating = 8.5. Nice combination of strength and stretching.
3. Ninja Challenge Day 29: Courage. 30 overhead punches. Rating = 9.0.
4. 2 walks = 6 miles outside. 1:49:35 5/1 because we just got too hot.

Notes: Day 29 of the SCP. I came up with my next exercise plan post the SHOW UP program. My plans are usually great. It’s just my execution that sucks.

1. Begin with Breath Tai Chi: Day 1 - Awaken Your Energy | BEGIN - 30 Days of Tai Chi: Rating = 9.0. Yay! Starting the first series again.
2. Boxing: 20 minutes of speedbag/heavy bag (punching, kicking, strikes (knee, elbow, palm), back fist combos: Rating = 8.5. Tough but good.
3. SBY: 10 minute Yoga Stretch for Tightness: Rating = 8.0. A couple of the stretches were a little rough. I had to break out of the downward dog twist pose.
4. Ninja Challenge Day 30: Commitment. 30 squat hold punches. Rating = 8.5. I could really feel this one.
5. 2 walks = 6 miles outside. 1:49:10. The first 4 miles was during the afternoon and it got hot. The last 2 miles was after dinner and it was pleasant.

Notes: Day 30 of the SCP. No hockey because Boston and the Avs were eliminated on Friday night. Today wasn’t the greatest but at least it was the weekend.

1. Walk & Run Challenge Day 1 (10 march steps, 10 high knees. 5 sets no rest). Rating = 9.0
2. 30 Days of LIIT Day 11: Level 3, no rest. Rating = 8.5. I do not like squat holds, even for 20 seconds.
3. KyraPro: 5 MIN STEP CHALLENGE (DAY 18): Rating = 8.0. I had problems with the coordination.
4. BFBA: 30 MINUTE KICKBOXING CIRCUIT - Workout From Home (SHOW UP DAY # 12): Rating = 9.0. This was fun even if I screwed up some of the combos.
5. BYNM: DAY 14 | Conscious Vinyasa| 🦋 BODY, MIND, SOUL: 30 Days of Yoga Transformation with Nico 🦋: Rating = 9.0. I really liked this one. ❤️
6. 2 walks = 5 miles outside. 1:29:12.

Notes: Day 31 of the SCP. Last game of Round 2 and it didn’t go my way.

2. 30 Days of LIIT Day 12 Level 3, no rest. Rating = 8.5. I felt the shoulder burn.
3. Isawelly: 20MIN FEEL GOOD PILATES - ENERGISE YOUR BODY AND MIND: Rating = 8.5. Not a bad session.
4. YWB: 10 Min Yoga Full Body Stretch For Tension Relief: Rating = 9.0.
5. 2 walks = 5 miles outside. 1:28:57.

Notes: Day 32 of the SCP. No hockey tonight but tomorrow the conference finals start.

2. 30 Days of LIIT Day 13 Level 3, no rest. Rating = 9.0. More shouders.
3. KyraPro: 5 MIN STEP CHALLENGE shoulders. Rating = 9.0.
4. BFBA: 30-Minute Upper Body Combo Workout for Toning and
Shaping Arms & Core: Rating = 9.0. This was a really good workout. Not too tough but I could feel it.
5. BYNM: DAY 15 | Emotional Release Flow | 🦋 BODY, MIND, SOUL: 30 Days of Yoga Transformation with Nico 🦋: Rating = 9.0. Really nice session, lower body focused without having to balance.
6. 2 walks = 5 miles outside. 1:29:14.

Notes: Day 33 of the SCP. This week’s bloodwork cycle is complete as all of the results are on the portal. The results were either stable (which is good) or improved (yay). My husband now gets a break until June 3rd, which means I get to step off the Test Results Anxiety Rollercoaster for a bit.💓

3. Calm Down Workout: Rating = 8.5. Nice yoga. I just had a stuffy nose..

Notes: Day 34 of the SCP. Work doesn’t usually interfere with my exercise anymore. Today it did. The evening dissolved into exhaustion and a headache.

2. Burrito Mode Workout: Rating = 9.5. Quick and gentle yoga.
3. 2 walks = 5 miles outside. 1:30:23.

Notes: Day 35 of the SCP. Sick day. Took is easy.

1. Begin with Breath Tai Chi: Day 3 - Strengthen Your Foundation | BEGIN - 30 Days of Tai Chi: Rating = 9.0.
2. Boxing: 20 minutes of speedbag/heavy bag (punching, kicking, strikes (knee, elbow, palm), back fist combos: Rating = 8.5. This was a good workout. Headache mostly stayed away.
3. YWB: 10 Min Morning Full Body Stretch: Rating = 9.0. Lovely as usual.
4. 2 walks = 6 miles outside. 1:48:24. We weren't planning on splitting it up but it started raining.

Notes: Day 36 of the SCP. The headache was on and off today. Other than that it was a nice day.

2. Boxing: 20 minutes of speedbag/heavy bag (punching, kicking, strikes (knee, elbow, palm), back fist combos: Rating = 9.0. Great workout.
3. YWK: 10 min Morning Yoga Full Body Stretch for Beginners: Rating = 9.0. Very nice. 💗.
4. Walk & Run Challenge Day 5 (10 march steps, 10 high knees. 5 sets no rest). Rating = 9.0.
5. 2 walks = 6 miles outside. 1:46:06. 3 miles before dinner and 3 after. So nice out.
Notes: Day 37 of the SCP. The headache was on and off today but it left for good in the evening.

2. 30 Days of LIIT Day 15: Level 3, no rest. Rating = 8.5. This was fine except that I kept kicking the damn ottoman.
3. Keel Pilates: 15 min TOTAL BODY BURN | No equipment: Rating = 8.5. This was tough.
4. SBY: 15 minute Full Body Yoga Stretch | Standing Yoga Routine (no mat needed). Rating = 8.5. I thought this was going to be some easy stretching. I thought wrong.
5. 3 walks = 6 miles outside. 1:48:10.

Notes: Day 39 of the SCP. It’s always difficult to go back to work after a long weekend.

3. KyraPro: 5 MIN STEP CHALLENGE (DAY 21): Rating = 9.0.
4. BFBA: 30 MINUTE LOWER & CORE PYRAMID At Home, Fat Burning Workout (Show Up Day #15): Rating = 9.0. This was tough.
5. BYNM: DAY 17 | Core Activation | 🦋 BODY, MIND, SOUL: 30 Days of Yoga Transformation with Nico 🦋: Rating = 8.5. I struggled with the balance.
6. 3 walks = 5 miles outside. 1:31:50. The 3 mile afternoon walk was brutal.

Notes: Day 40 of the SCP. Tough workout and yoga today. The last 2 nights of hockey have been disappointing.

3. KyraPro: 5 MIN STEP CHALLENGE (DAY 22): Rating = 9.0.
4. BFBA: 30 MINUTE ISO FIRE WITH WEIGHTS - Dumbbell/Kettlebell Workout at Home (Show Up Day #16): Rating = 9.0. Good workout I had to pause because my husband had an issue come up. I did finish it all.
5. BYNM: DAY 18 | Forgiveness | 🦋 BODY, MIND, SOUL: 30 Days of Yoga Transformation with Nico: Rating = 9.0. Nice yoga but I was distracted.
6. 3 walks = 5 miles outside. 1:29:38.

Notes Day 41 of the SCP. My husband had a situation where he thought he should get his platelets checked. He did and everything was stable.

In one go.
2. KyraPro: 5 MIN STEP CHALLENGE (DAY 23): Rating = 9.0
3. BFBA: 25 MINUTE LEVEL UP CARDIO - No Equipment Beginner Workout (Show Up Day #17): Rating = 9.0. A sweaty workout with a lot of options. I find myself choosing lower impact options.
4. BYNM: DAY 19 | Neck, Back, Shoulders | 🦋 BODY, MIND, SOUL: 30 Days of Yoga Transformation with Nico 🦋: Rating = 9.0. Some interesting poses I've never done before.
5. 3 walks = 5 miles outside. 1:29:52.

Notes: Day 42 of the SCP. It’s looking like the 2 teams I like the least are going to end up in the finals. 😿

1. Begin with Breath Tai Chi: Day 6 - Total Body Stretch | BEGIN - 30 Days of Tai Chi: Rating = 9.0
2. Boxing: 20 minutes of speedbag/heavy bag (punching, kicking, strikes (knee, elbow, palm), back fist combos: Rating = 8.5. Round kicks were a little weak but the rest of the workout was really good.
3. YWK: 10 min Morning Yoga Flow - Sweet & Gentle Morning Yoga Routine: Rating = 9.0. I prefer a less active practice after boxing but I actually felt good about my warrior today.
4. Walk & Run Challenge Day 11 (10 march steps, 10 high knees. 5 sets no rest). Rating = 9.0
5. 6 mile walk outside: 1:50:57.

Notes: Day 43 of the SCP. The Eastern Conference Finals are over didn’t go the way I wanted. The rest of Saturday was nice.

2. Boxing: 20 minutes of speedbag/heavy bag (punching, kicking, strikes (knee, elbow, palm), back fist combos: Rating = 8.0. Sometimes this felt disjointed.
3. YWB: 10 Min Morning Yoga Full Body Stretch: Rating = 9.0.
4. 3 walks = 5 miles outside. 1:31:57.

Notes: Day 44 of the SCP. The Western Conference Finals are over didn’t go the way I wanted. The finals don’t start until Saturday. Typical Sunday tiredness.

In one go.
2. 30 Days of LIIT Day 17: Level 3, no rest. Rating = 8.5. My knees felt weird.
3. KyraPro: 5 MIN STEP CHALLENGE (DAY 24): Rating = 9.0.
4. BFBA: 30 MINUTE LOWER BODY COMBO - Dumbbell/Kettlebell Workout (Show Up Day #18): Rating = 8.5. I felt the burn but there were some awkward exercises I had to modify.
5. 3 walks = 6 miles outside. 1:48:48

Notes: Day 45 of the SCP. Back to work and no hockey. Summer is in full swing.

1. Walk & Run Challenge Day 13 (10 march steps, 10 high knees. 5 sets no rest). Rating = 9.0.
2. 30 Days of LIIT Day 19: Level 3, no rest. Rating = 9.0. I took it easy since I have DOMS from yesterday.
3. Moving Mango Pilates: Day 5: Full Body Care | 90 Days of Fall Pilates Workout Series: Rating = 8.5. This was almost 52 minutes and it wasn't easy.
4. SBY: 20 minute Yoga Stretch for Stiff Hips & Tired Legs. Rating = 9.0. Mostly focused on hips.
5. 2 walks = 5 miles outside. 1:31:50.

Notes: Day 46 of the SCP. Still no hockey but all my husband’s bloodwork is in from Monday. Stable to improving.

2. 30 Days of LIIT Day 20: Level 3, no rest. Rating = 8.5. Felt the burn but at least my lower body got a break.
3. KyraPro: 5 MIN STEP CHALLENGE (DAY 25): Rating = 9.0.
4. BFBA: 30 MINUTE YOGA SCUPLT & STRETCH - At Home Yoga Workout (Show Up Day #19): Rating = 8.5. Some definite strength moves and I needed more stretching.
5. BYNM: DAY 21 | Lower Body | 🦋 BODY, MIND, SOUL: 30 Days of Yoga Transformation with Nico 🦋: Rating = 8.5. I was very shaky.
6. walks = 5 miles outside. 1:31:32.

Notes: Day 47 of the SCP. So. Many. DOMS.
