4 mile walk outside. 1:13:20.

Notes: We took a sick day for my husband’s appointments. Bloodwork was stable. The appointment was a positive experience (considering the circumstances, going over treatment options).

Life had been rough…health issues, working a lot, under a lot of pressure at work, can’t stick to an exercise program…refrigerator is still not fixed (the new door they brought didn’t have a water line…I cannot make this shit up). NCAA Tournament was a good distraction…as are books (reading Pat Benatar’s now). I am on a weekly stress cycle between work and my husband’s blood tests and appointments…at least the bloodwork was stable last week)…but every week it’s something new and different. Some days I cry, some days I am angry. Some days I am so lost in my head, I do things like wash my hair twice. I try to take it one moment at a time…
