I was pretty busy with work and family business for the last 3 weeks. Still I rode the bike to work almost every day, that's a big win for me. For the last week I was not able to do additional workouts. But that is going to change. Today was the last day of school for my pupils. Now it's time to do the aftermath, packing and moving stuff, preparing the next classroom for next year. But no time pressure, so it'll be a lot less energy consuming. I hope I can get back to my challenge routine, tomorrow.
