MO NO 11:
Before Breakfast:
- Daily Gratitude
- Water First

Before Lunch:
- Warm-up - 4 minutes warm-up, plus One Dumbbell @ 10 lb
- Strength - One Dumbbell workout - used 17.5 lb for 2 sets & 20 lb for 3 sets. Level 2 + EC
- Cool down
- Stretching

Before Dinner:
- My wife & I put up the outdoor Christmas lights. Lots of ups & downs on the step ladder. And fresh air!

Before Bed:
- Yoga - Digestion Aid
- Counting Victory Challenge.

TH NO 14:
Before Breakfast:
- Daily Gratitude
- Water First

Before Lunch:
- Played soccer with our 9 year old grandson & his 2 friends. We played 35 minutes. Wow! Nine year olds are fast! Lots of fun, great workout with sprinting, agility, co-ordination & cardio.
- Strength - Nickels & Dimes, level 1,

Before Dinner:
- Meditation
- Yard work

Before Bed:
- Breathing workout
- Counting Victory Challenge
