MO NO 11:
Before Breakfast:
- Daily Gratitude
- Water First

Before Lunch:
- Warm-up - 4 minutes warm-up, plus One Dumbbell @ 10 lb
- Strength - One Dumbbell workout - used 17.5 lb for 2 sets & 20 lb for 3 sets. Level 2 + EC
- Cool down
- Stretching

Before Dinner:
- My wife & I put up the outdoor Christmas lights. Lots of ups & downs on the step ladder. And fresh air!

Before Bed:
- Yoga - Digestion Aid
- Counting Victory Challenge.

Before Breakfast:
- Daily Gratitude
- Water First

Before Lunch:
- Played soccer with our 9 year old grandson & his 2 friends. We played 35 minutes. Wow! Nine year olds are fast! Lots of fun, great workout with sprinting, agility, co-ordination & cardio.
- Strength - Nickels & Dimes, level 1,

Before Dinner:
- Meditation
- Yard work

Before Bed:
- Breathing workout
- Counting Victory Challenge

Before Breakfast:

Before Lunch:
- Meditation
- Hip Stretching
- Kick Master - day 1
- Run - 4 km. First winter run. Nice & sunny, most sidewalks were shovelled. The City had plowed the walking paths. Only -24c with the windchill.
- Walk - cool down
- Stretching
- Strength - Icon workout with 30 lb kettlebell
- Massage Chair (stretching)

Before Dinner:
- Breathing Exercises

Before Bed:
- Counting Victory Challenge

You are hardy souls out there! Down here in the rainy south (southwestern Ontario) we are expecting our first snowfall tonight. But it won't stick around.

Before Dinner:
- Walking around the Christmas Market, Fort Edmonton Park. The weather was overcast, calm & -26. Luckily we were able to enjoy some of the indoor activities as well as the outdoors. The Park has outdoor fires strategically placed for visitors to warm them selves, which we did. I walked just over 7,000 steps
