5. SBY: 15 Minute Super Chill Yoga Stretches for Relaxation.
PC: Rating = 9.5
SO: Rating = 8.0. My foot was bothering me again so balancing was a challenge.
SA: Rating = 7.5. My legs. Ouch.
SBY: Rating = 9.0. This was super chill.
Notes: Too cold to walk. I don’t remember why I didn’t do Wednesday Boxing.
