1. 10 Jumping Jacks
2. Power Punch Challenge Day 21: 160 punches, 3 sets. 30 seconds active rest of march steps between sets. Rating = 9.5
3. Flexibility Challenge Day 21: 140 side lunges. 2 minute 40 second side splits. Rating = 9.5.
4. 30 Days of Cardio Blast Day 7: Level 3, no rest.
5. From Walking to Running Challenge Day 27 (Repeat) : 2 minute walk, 4 minute run, 4 sets (24 min): Time: 24:04, Dist: 1.87 mi, AHR: 159.
6. 60 Days of Walking Day 2, Part 2: Level 3. March steps, kept my feet moving during upperbody exercises.
7. Zen Day 19: 12 minute yoga.
8. 60 Days of Walking Day 2, Part 1: 45 minutes of walking: 4 mile walk outside.

❤️30DoCB: Day 7: Level 3, no rest. Rating = 7.0. This was kind of rough.
❤️FWTRC: Rating = 5.5. I finally finished. Stats were OK but it felt really hard.
❤️60DoWP2: Rating = 9.5. This was an excellent cooldown for the intervals.
❤️Zen: Rating = 6.5. I felt the last 2 poses were awkward.
❤️60DoWP1: 1:12:19. Very warm (and after dinner).

Notes: Summer arrived today. Work was uneventful. The good news is that I finally finished Day 27 of FWTRC. During the 3rd interval I didn’t think was going to make it but for some reason, the fourth interval didn’t seem quite as bad. My calves were pretty tight during the walk though.

💖Thank you @JCU @NancyTree @HellYeah @Tileenah @Fremen @Gandhalfit @Wiaaam @ mianevem @Mamatigerj 💖

1. 10 Jumping Jacks
2. Power Punch Challenge Day 23: 170 punches, 3 sets. 30 seconds active rest of march steps between sets. Rating = 9.5
3. Flexibility Challenge Day 23: 140 side lunges. 3 minute side splits. Rating = 9.5.
4. From Walking to Running Challenge Day 28: 15 minute walk after the mid-day snack. Done in 2 sets of 100 with 30 seconds active rest of march steps in between.
5. From Walking to Running Challenge Day 29: 2 minute walk, 5 minute run, 3 sets (21 min): Time: 19:46, Dist: 1.54 mi, AHR: 155.
6. 30 Days of Cardio Blast Day 9: Level 3, no rest.
7. 60 Days of Walking Day 4: 60 minutes of walking: 4 mile walk outside.
8. Zen Day 21: 6 minute yoga: Rating = 8.5.

❤️FWTRC Day 28: Rating = .5. DNF. I thought I would be ok because the first running interval went really well. But it got really hard really fast.
❤️30DoCB: Rating = 7.0. I did this after my intervals, which was a mistake because my heart rate was elevated and I couldn't cool down.
❤️60DoW: 1:14:49. We did this before dinner because there was some clouds and it wasn’t stormy. Warm, humid and very slow.

Notes: Not a great day. I started out the day with a crappy weigh in. Then, I discovered part of tooth broke off. This isn’t surprising since the 2 wisdom teeth I have left need to be pulled. The bottom one has a crack and that’s the tooth where the piece broke off. I’m not in pain but I think time is running out. I am hoping I can hold out for a couple of months but I should at least get the consult soon. In other news, I failed at my run and 30DoCB was really hard. Ugh.

❤️FR: Rating = 7.5. The rolling was fine but my arms got tired supporting myself.
❤️FWTRC: Rating = 5.5. Well, I completed Day 29 on the second try. Those last couple of minutes of interval 3 were Hell. The stats were just ok.
❤️60DoWP2: Rating = 8.5. This went much better than I expected.
❤️YWA: Rating = 7.5. Not a fan of the downward dog-plank sequence. I liked the beginning and the end.
❤️60DoWP1: 1:12:38. Warm and humid. We even got rained on a little bit.

Notes: Yay! It only took me 2 times to complete Day 29 of FWTRC. I will not attempt Day 30 until Tuesday. I would do it Monday but I have a hair appointment. The foam rolling felt especially good on my calves.

6. Zen Day 29: 6 minute yoga: Rating = 9.0.
5. 60 Days of Walking Day 11, 60 minutes of walking: 5 mile walk outside.

❤️ULC: Rating = 7.5. This was tough on the first day. It's gonna be a long 30 days.
❤️FWTRC: Rating = .5 DNF. And I think I actually ran less.
❤️60DoWP1: 1:14:39. It wasn't as hot out today. We even got to walk after dinner.

Notes: I did not enjoy today. Big changes were announced at work that have me concerned. In workout news, I updated my entry from 6/28 to correctly show I completed both challenges. I am relieved to be done with both of them. I don’t know if I got more flexible with the flexibility challenge but I do feel like my legs got stronger with all those side lunges. I started 2 new challenges. Upperbody Light is going be difficult. Re: Center is a re-do of a challenge I liked. I am still trying to conquer FWTRC. Day 30 stats were a little better but I think I ran less.

2. Upperbody Light Challenge Day 2: 60 raised arm circles. Rating = 9.5
3. Re: Center Challenge Day 2: 30 second plank hold, 3 sets. 30 seconds rest + 1 min stretch hold.
4. Zen Day 30: 20 minute meditation. 20:01
5. 60 Days of Walking Day 11, 60 minutes of walking: 5 mile walk outside.

❤️RCC: Rating = 7.5. I felt a pulling when I was in the plank position. Getting into the plank position was painful, especially if I did my left side first.
❤️60DoW: 1:32:28. Cool and cloudy with the threat of rain that didn't materialize.

Notes: Today I met with my new supervisor. We are not strangers because he’s already involved with my team. The meeting went fine and he seems nice. My worries stem from decisions that are made way above him.
In other news, I have seemed to have injured myself. I don’t know how I did it. The pain is in my lower left ab muscle and it’s not constant. I did take 2 doses of ibuprofen.
I finished Zen today. I hoped my meditation would improve but it didn’t.

Thank you @JCU ❤️
