Yesterday I posted I had finishes Fit December, but what I should have been writing is that I finished Power Squats.Fit December has a day 31 and I finished it today.

I’m suffering various jigsaw puzzle injuries. On Friday and on New Year’s Eve I participated in puzzle marathons without any prior training. Now I have a shoulder that keeps on saying ’nonononono’, a slight back ache and cramps in my left calf from disastrous sitting positions. Next time I’ll first do a ’1000 pieces in 5 weeks’ program before throwing myself into a difficulty 4 not suitable for beginners activity.

I did not know jigsaw puzzles to be this dangerous.
