Got up late and had to go out early, but I had just enough time for the important bits:-

Universal Warmup done,
30 Calf Raises (EotD) done (In one go),
Day 23 of Power HIIT done (3 sets),
Day 5 of Daily HIIT done.

Housemate took me clothes shopping for my birthday, got some colourful, flowery shirts, see y'all tomorrow!

Got up a little late (I may be feeling happier, but it's still hard to get out of bed in the mornings!), but there was no rush so I did everything:-

40 Clamshells (EotD) done (In one go),
30 Knee-to-Elbows done (Birthday present from @Mamatigerj ),
Watch Me Shine (WotD) done (3 sets),
Day 24 of Power HIIT done (3 sets),
Day 6 of Daily HIIT done (Managed 2 Burpees on the first set, I'm getting faster :move:),
Stretched done.

A quiet day of chores ahead, see y'all tomorrow!

Today:-

Universal Warmup done,
40 W-Extensions (EotD) done (In one go, standing up),
Roadhouse attempted (1 set, with 20 Knee Push-Ups and a 30 Count Elbow Plank Hold),
Day 27 of Power HIIT attempted (2 sets),
Day 9 of Daily HIIT attempted (2 sets).

Quiet day of re-charging our batteries ahead, see y'all tomorrow!

30 Seconds Single Leg Hops (EotD) attempted (I did Side-to-Side Hops),
No Mercy (WotD) done (3 sets, I find Turning Kicks are tough on the old knees, so did 1 set with them and 2 with Side Kicks),
Day 29 of Power HIIT done (3 sets),
Day 11 of Daily HIIT done,
Stretched done.

Spent a chunk of yesterday tidying up my "To read / watch" pile, discovered I've got about 200 books and 300 DVD's to get through :excuseme:, gotta cut back on picking up random things until I've put a decent dent in the pile, before I really start going down that Hoarder path.

Not a great day so far, did a bit of exercising but the Housemate has soured my mood, and I just couldn't be bothered to do any more:-

Day 30 of Power HIIT attempted (1 set),

Going to save everything and give it another go tomorrow.
Did have a Farmers Market to go to today, but I think I'll just go back to bed, see y'all tomorrow!

Day 30 of Power HIIT done (3 sets, all done!),
Days 12 and 13 of Daily HIIT done (Urgh... Doing a double day is a lot harder than it looks),
Morning Mobility.

Really enjoyed doing Power HIIT (Although I'm not too sure I'm doing the whole HIIT thing right), so I'm going to stick with HIIT programs for now, see y'all tomorrow!

(Went to give myself the Power HIIT badge and I've already got one, totally don't remember doing the program before!)

20 Burpees (EotD) attempted (I tried, I got 5 done but it took so much time!),
Hot Potato (WotD) done (3 sets),
Day 2 of Combat HIIT done (3 sets, did these with Inclined Push-Ups so I wasn't wasting time getting up and down),
Day 15 of Daily HIIT done,
Morning Mobility done.

We've started getting Seagulls in the garden, it's hilarious watching a bird with a four foot wingspan try to balance on our teeny-tiny bird feeders, although it's less funny when they fly off with an entire suet-filled coconut shell you just put out :stomp:.

Took a rest day yesterday, woke up with tired, old bones.

Finished the first book of the Thrawn Trilogy, still have the same problem I had with the character when he was in Rebels though, he's just too hyper-competent to be a main antagonist (And the whole "I know how an entire species thinks by studying their art" thing is silly). But I did enjoy the book overall and will continue with the next two.
Going to finally finish watching Swamp Thing first though.

Struggled today, it's hot this morning plus more ab exercises, did what I could:-

Universal Warmup done,
30 Seconds Elbow Clicks (EotD) done (In one go),
Ultimate Abs (WotD) attempted (1 set, my Abs were too sore after that),
Day 5 of Combat HIIT attempted (4 sets, just too hot to do that final set),
Day 18 of Daily HIIT done.

If I'm getting this hot mid-spring, I hate to think what summer is going to be like, see y'all tomorrow!

Took a rest day yesterday to see if it would help my tired, achey legs (It didn't do much), so just did what I could today:-

20 Jumping Lunges (EotD) attempted (Just did plain Lunges),
Northman (WotD) done (3 sets, kept getting stuck mid-Lunge so I just did what I could manage),
Day 6 of Combat HIIT done (3 sets with Inclined Push-Ups),
Day 19 of Daily HIIT done,
Stretched done.

30 Knees-to-Elbow (EotD) done (In one go. I've just realised how rare it is these days that I don't do the Exercise of the Day in one go now, I'm getting fitter! :yas:),

Day 7 of Combat HIIT done (5 sets),
Day 20 of Daily HIIT done (The final set were Step Jacks, just couldn't get myself airborne),
Stretched done.

I've found my egg cooker, yay! Poached eggs for breakfast, see y'all tomorrow!

Being good and trying to keep mobile, usually by taking the Housemate for a slow evening walk, but I thought I'd add some light exercises today now I can stay on my feet:-

Day 1 of Vitality done (3 sets).

This seemed a little too easy, even with my achey spine, so I'll add a bit more tomorrow, see y'all then!

Shakshuka Eggs turned out tasty, but the Housemate wasn't a fan (Going to have to accept that she'll only eat eggs in really cheesy omelettes). Not sure what to do today since the rain shows no sign of stopping, see y'all tomorrow!
