Thanks! @NancyTree @GentleOx

Missed yesterday, I was just so tired (If I hadn't had to go somewhere I probably wouldn't have gotten out of bed ).
Today I'm just my normal amount of tired:-

Universal Warmup done,
40 Squats (EotD) done (In one go),
Inside And Outside (WotD) done (3 sets, with Inclined Tricep Dips and Crunches),
Day 7 of Power HIIT done (3 sets, had to fudge these a bit due to lack of space),
Day 13 of The Guardian done (These are starting to get a little boring, but I'm going to stick with it. No Goblins),
Stretched Done.

Long day of walking ahead, but I get pizza at the end of it, see y'all tomorrow!

Was sick during the night for some reason, still feeling a little queasy this morning, but not enough to stop me exercising:-

Universal Warmup done,
30 Seconds High Knees (EotD) done (In one go),
Counter (WotD) done (3 sets),
Day 8 of Power HIIT done (3 sets),
Day 14 of The Guardian done (50 Goblins punched),
Stretched done.

The secondhand book shop got me yesterday, 7 new books, gotta read faster, see y'all tomorrow!

Thanks! @Lady Celerity @Mamatigerj @JCU - It cleared up as the day went on, I think I had too much cheese the day before.

@Maegaranthelas - I only read for an hour or so last thing at night, so it takes me forever to get through those chunky fantasy books I like!

Struggled a bit today, the WotD wiped out my legs with just one set:-

Universal Warmup done,
40 Calf Raises (EotD) done (In one go),
Lower Abs (WotD) attempted (Just about managed 1 set with lots of breaks!),
Day 9 of Power HIIT done (3 sets),
Day 15 of The Guardian attempted (2 sets, legs were getting really sore at that point, no Goblins).

Finished 2 little Doctor Who books, so it's time to read something more substantial, started The Secret Of Crickly Hall (I'm only 80 pages in and I think I know what the secret is already though).
If my legs are up to it, got a Farmer's Market to go to today, see y'all tomorrow!

Got the week off to a good start:-

Universal Warmup done,
60 Seconds Tree Pose Hold (EotD) attempted (Just had no balance today),
The Roaster (WotD) done (3 sets. Tried following the video for the first set, but the video lady can get up and down off the floor a lot faster than I can),
Day 10 of Power HIIT done (3 sets),
Day 16 of The Guardian done (Punched 100 Goblins),
Morning Mobility done.

For once I'm happy it's raining, was supposed to mow the lawn today, and if it keeps up it could be days before the grass is dry enough again! :plot:
See y'all tomorrow!

Struggled a bit today, it was a leg day and mine are still sore from that Lower Abs workout on Sunday :sadness: :-

Universal Warmup done,
40 Side-To-Side Jumps (EotD) done (In one go),
I Am Vengeance (WotD) attempted (2 sets, just too many Squats!),
Day 11 of Power HIIT done (3 sets, probably done too slowly),
Day 17 of The Guardian attempted (2 sets, I got bored! Did punch 200 Goblins though).

Yesterday's rain came at a price, gotta take the Housemate for an extra long walk today to make up for it.
Plus, Cottage Pie for dinner (Still doing well at eating better), see y'all tomorrow!

Better day today, helped that it was a fairly light workout!

Universal Warmup done,
60 Back Leg Raises (EotD) done (In one go),
Dexterity (WotD) done (3 sets),
Day 12 of Power HIIT done (3 sets),
Day 18 of The Guardian done (No Goblins),
Morning Mobility done.

Having another go at making Cottage Pie today (Housemate had the fidgets so I never got around to making it yesterday, I was good though and heated up a can of soup instead of just eating whatever snack stuff was at hand), see y'all tomorrow!

@GentleOx - It turned out really good! Ran into a bit of an issue when I realised I don't have a potato masher anymore, but I got there in the end.
@TopNotch - Never tried mash with cream. With this pie, I made half regular/half sweet potato with blue cheese mash.

Missed yesterday, just got up a bit too late, but I'm back at it today:-

Universal Warmup done,
40 High Crunches (EotD) done (In 2 sets of 20),
Phoenix Rising (WotD) done (3 sets),
Day 13 of Power HIIT done (3 sets),
Day 19 of The Guardian attempted (2 sets, and I thought 3 minutes of March Steps was boring! Not looking forward to those 5 minute days. No Goblins),
Morning Mobility done.

Finally managed to take a decent-ish picture of the baby Moorhens in the park (I've been trying for the last couple of weeks):-

With added photo-bombing Goose!

Continuing with the home cooking, it's Tom Kha Soup tonight, see y'all tomorrow!

@Maegaranthelas - That is the one good thing about it!

Missed another day, between not feeling too snazzy and having an intermittent Internet connection, I decided it wasn't worth the trouble. Gotta save a few workouts for when I can't get to the website.
But I finished the week on a high:-

Universal Warmup done,
60 Seconds Side Plank Hold (EotD) done (30 Seconds a side),
Rogue Princess done (3 sets),
Day 14 of Power HIIT done (3 sets),
Days 20 and 21 of The Guardian done (Only did 2 sets of March Steps, no Goblins),
Morning Mobility done.

I've procrastinated too much, got to do all the chores today, see y'all tomorrow!

The week is off to a good start:-

Universal Warmup done,
40 Squat Hops On The Spot (EotD) done (In one go),
Open World (WotD) done (3 sets),
Day 15 of Power HIIT done (3 sets, had to fudge the Stretches a bit due to lack of space),
Day 22 of The Guardian done (No Goblins),
Stretched done.

Managed to get most of my chores done yesterday, but today is mow the lawn day. :vsad:
See y'all tomorrow!

Been dealing with Internet issues last couple of days, but I was prepared this time and I've got a few workouts saved :yas::-

Thursday:-
No Internet
Universal Warmup done,
Art of Combat done (5 sets),
Day 25 of The Guardian done (I knew roughly what I was doing with these so kept them up, couldn't check for Goblins but I Punched 100 of them anyways),
Stretched done.

Friday:-
Had a brief window when I could get online, so I managed a normal workout day.
Universal Warmup done,
30 Glute Flex's (EotD) done (I think I did these),
Outrider(?) (WotD) done (3 sets),
Day 17 of Power HIIT done (3 sets),
Day 26 of The Guardian done (Internet died part way through my workout so I couldn't check for Goblins again, Punched 100 just in case),
Stretched done.

Saturday:-
No Internet again.
Universal Warmup done,
Forever Young done (3 sets),
Shake It Up done (3 sets),
Day 27 of The Guardian done (Punched 100 more Goblins just in case),
Stretched done.

Had a repairman around this morning so I should, hopefully, have no more problems getting online. See y'all tomorrow!

Thanks! @MadamMeow @Lady Celerity - Didn't know I could get a Darebee book, I'll have to download one for emergencies!

Struggled a bit motivation-wise the last couple of days, but I was determined to finish The Guardian today:-

Universal Warmup done,
40 Plank Rotations (EotD) attempted (Could only manage a handful of rotations, did 40 Plank Arm Raises instead),
Herald (WotD) done (3 sets, how is a level 1 workout so hard? My poor noodlely arms :ragdoll:),
Day 18 of Power HIIT done (3 sets),
Days 28, 29 & 30 of The Guardian done (Only did 2 sets of the March Steps, but I did Punch 250 Goblins!),
Morning Mobility done.

Gotta find a new challenge now (Spotted the One Punch Man one, I don't think I'll ever be fit enough to tackle that! :whaa:), see y'all tomorrow!

Thanks! @Fremen @NancyTree @MadamMeow @JCU @TopNotch

Start of a new month, let's see if I can complete it with no breaks!

Universal Warmup done,
60 Seconds Jumping Jacks (EotD) attempted (Was about 15 seconds short),
You've Got To Move It, Move It! (WotD) done (3 sets),
Day 19 of Power HIIT done (3 sets),
Day 1 of Daily HIIT done,
Morning Mobility done.

Think it's finally shorts weather, plus Tuna and Pea Pasta for dinner. See y'all tomorrow!

Thanks! @CODawn @Mamatigerj

Only two days into the month and I almost skipped a day :vsad: (It's just so hard to get up in the mornings), managed the important bits though:-

Universal Warmup done,
Boss Level (WotD) done (3 sets with Knee Push-Ups),
Day 20 of Power HIIT done (3 sets),
Day 2 of Daily HIIT done.

Tuna and Pea Pasta turned out good (I finished it off for breakfast), tonight's dinner is Chicken and Egg Fried Rice.

Gave up on reading The Secret Of Crickley Hall, I thought it would be pretty good as there was no beating around the bush about whether the titular Hall was haunted or not, but the book was far more concerned with making sure the reader knew 100% that the characters were extremely depressed and traumatised (And that was before they saw any ghosts!), and it just got very boring, very quickly.
Starting some Stars Wars books now, reading the Thrawn Trilogy, about time I found out where that guy came from and why the fandom holds him in such high regard.

See y'all tomorrow!

Thanks! @graoumia @neilarey @LongSlowBurn @NancyTree

Did better today:-

Universal Warmup done,
40 Alt Arm/Leg Raises (EotD) done (In one go),
Express Abs (WotD) attempted (Did 1 set with Crunches, was getting a neck/head ache doing the Crunches so didn't want to push it),
Day 22 of Power HIIT done (3 sets),
Day 4 of Daily HIIT done,
Morning Mobility done.

My Housemate remembered my Birthday, yay! :celeb:
I wouldn't normally care but it was a much needed boost after a week where I've been feeling pretty low.
Going to spend the rest of the day putting together my new models, see y'all tomorrow!
