Thanks! @JCU @Tileenah @TopNotch - They're still pretty stiff, but they didn't hurt for long. It was my own fault for trying to do 500 Squats in one go!

Got all caught up today:-

50 Plank Leg Raises (EotD) done (Over 2 sets),
Days 29 and 30 of Warrior Abs done (All complete!),
Days 10 and 11 of Warrior Arms done,
Days 23 and 24 of Baseline done (With Housemate).

Going to take it easy after all, see y'all tomorrow!

Another week wrapped up (With no breaks! :yas:):-
50 Single Leg Bridges (EotD) done (In one go),
Chapter 45 of Age Of Pandora done (I skipped over the 100-ish Squats I had left from Chapter 44, that girl will just have to stay slightly unburied, that last little spurt of High Knees was hard enough!),
Day 12 of Warriors Arms done (With Housemate),
Day 25 of Baseline done (3 sets, those Squat Hold's were surprisingly tough, Housemate did what she could on this one).

Watched Everything, Everywhere, All at Once last night, it was an interesting film but I don't really get what all the fuss is about.
Not sure what I'll watch today, see y'all tomorrow!

Got stuck on the phone all morning (And I didn't get anywhere either :stomp:), so just did a little bit of exercising today:-

60 Seconds Boat Pose Hold (EotD) done (In one go),
Day 13 of Warrior Arms done,
Day 26 of Baseline done (3 sets with Housemate).

Hopefully I'll get a bit more done tomorrow, see y'all then!

Did a bit better today, but not quite a full load (Even Baseline was hard on the old arms!):-

3 Minutes Wall Sit (EotD) done (Over 3 sets),
Chapter 46 of Age of Pandora done (Managed 300 of the 500 Arm Circles needed),
Day 14 of Warriors Arms done (With Housemate),
Day 27 of Baseline done (2 sets with Housemate).

Getting a recipe box to play with this week, so tonight's dinner is Vietnamese Pork, see y'all tomorrow!

Day 15 of Warrior Arms done,
Day 28 of Baseline done (3 sets with Housemate).

Gotta start thinking about which low level program to do with the Housemate next.
Last nights Pork recipe worked well, let's see how tonight's Irish Sausage Stew goes, see y'all tomorrow!

Tired... Had to get up early today, at least I did my exercises:-

50 Twist Lunges (EotD) done (In 2 sets),
Chapter 47 of Age of Pandora done (At level 1),
Chapter 16 of Warrior Arms done,
Day 29 of Baseline done.

Now to wait for people.
Let's see if tonight's Pork Katsu Sandwiches works out as well as the last couple of recipes. See y'all tomorrow!

Missed yesterday, spent all day pushing the Housemate places and just wasn't up to any afternoon exercising.
Did a bit today though:-

30 Sky Diver Push-Ups (EotD) attempted (Managed 10, then I couldn't get my body off the floor! :tired:)
Days 17 and 18 of Warrior Arms done (Catching up),
Day 30 of Baseline done (With Housemate, all completed! :chicken:).

Housemate did well with Baseline, even though she still won't try most leg exercises, so I'm going to stick with doing these level 1 and 2 programs with her, next up Square 1.

Day 1 of Square One done (3 sets with Housemate, she did the leg exercises holding her walker, so she's feeling very proud of herself at the moment).

Not sure what I'm doing today, sure I'll find something, see y'all tomorrow!

Tough workout today, not only is it early but I ache all over, think all that kicking and punching yesterday got my muscles:-
2 Minutes Shoulder Taps (EotD) done (Over two sets),
Adventurer (WotD) done (3 sets),
Day 20 of Warrior Arms done.

Gotta be out early today, then I think I'll take it easy, see y'all tomorrow!

Chapter 50 of Age Of Pandora done (At level 1, still uncomfortably jiggly when doing big batches of High Knees. I think I failed this particular quest.),
Day 21 of Warrior Arms done,
Day 2 of Square One done (3 sets with Housemate).

Continuing to sort out my model collection today, I'm writing them all out in a notebook so it's going to take a while, see y'all tomorrow!

No exercises yesterday and not much today, achey muscles have just got too achey lately:-

40 Scorpion Twists (EotD) done (In one go),
Chapter 51 of Age of Pandora done (Only 2 sets, started feeling pretty pukey during that second big batch of High Knees),
Days 22 and 23 of Warriors Arms done (Just 2 sets),
Day 3 of Square One done (3 sets with Housemate).

Hopefully I'll be up to doing a bit more tomorrow, see y'all then!

Still achey, just don't seem to be recovering much from the previous days workout and long walk (Especially the long walks!) before I'm doing it all over again! Pushed myself to try and get almost everything done today:-

Woot! I have flowers! For once a plant didn't die as soon as it entered the garden, I'll have to get some more. See y'all tomorrow!

Missed yesterday, got hit by a dose of the melancholies and ended up awake all Saturday night, alone with my thoughts :vsad:, feeling better today though:-

40 Plank Step-Outs (EotD) done (Over 3 sets),
Chapter 53 of Age of Pandora done (At level 1, I was pretty planked out by the 3rd set so I didn't quite get everything done),
Day 26 and 27 of Warrior Arms done,
Day 6 of Square One done (3 sets with Housemate).

Hopefully the rest of the week continues to go okay, see y'all tomorrow!

Another day of exercise done, couldn't hold a Side Plank for more than a few seconds today so skipped the exercise of the day:-

Chapter 55 of Age of Pandora done (3 sets,Dang Guild Bosses! I'm pretty sure Big Bertha is a baddie too.),
Day 28 of Warrior Arms done (With Housemate),
Day 7 of Square One done (3 sets with Housemate).

Urgh... It's a grey, rainy day again but at least I'm full of breakfast pancakes, see y'all tomorrow!

Another missed day. No excuses this time, I simply fell down a Reddit rabbit hole while drinking my morning cup of tea and before I knew it it was time to go out (I even missed breakfast!).
Thought I'd make up for it today by doing a bit extra, so I'm absolutely shattered now:-

50 Balance Front Kicks (EotD) done (In one go!),
I Was Promised Cookies (WotD) done (3 sets),
Chapter 56 of Age of Pandora done (3 sets),
Day 30 of Warrior Arms done (With Housemate, all complete!),
Day 9 of Square One done (With Housemate).

Gotta choose the next challenge now, see y'all tomorrow!
