I am doing Easy core at the moment so these would be perfect, thank you for the suggestions :thanku: I will definitely be doing one or two of these :)
Looking at these made me realize I haven't done Easy Abs yet, so I'll be picking that one up myself. So glad that I could help!
Another not so difficult punching one is Power Punch.

On Saturday we went to a retirement party which was lovely but there was lots of food and drink involved, I expected to wake up feeling crappy as I don't normally drink but I actually woke up feeling pretty good so we decided to go for a walk Around Matlock Bath

Had a super busy week with playdates school events trips to the library overtime and being short staffed has resulted in me spending the weekend in bed ill with some bug i seemed to have picked up :sadness: ive been making the effort to drag myself out of bed for a walk but no proper workout for a couple of days can not wait for this bug to do one so i can get back to it. so fed up of being ill all the time.

Hello all
I am finally back for most of the month I've been ill :sadness: at first I tried to continue with small walks ad a bit of exercise but I ended up spending a week in bed with covid, I wet back to work last week but still felt shocking and have been coming home and sleeping I have passed it on to everyone at home too :roadkill: I started feeling better Thursday only to wake up feeling shocking again on Friday. No longer testing positive for covid but whatever I have got is relentless. We have split up for half term here so I've decided instead of moping around I am going to see if I can sweat this thing out of me as nothing else is helping any of us feel better.

Just to let you all know I am still here. I've managed to break both my phone and laptop screen so struggling to leave journal entries but I have printed out my exercises and I'm working away hopefully I'll be leaving entries again soon
