Before Lunch:
- Haunted Hive - day 3 - 120 jumping jacks
- Daily Kicks - day 30. Challenge complete. My range of motion in my hips/kicks did not increase; however my balance did, so that’s a win.
- Meditation
- Burpees - 30. YTD: 599
- Rehab workout - focus on joint mobility & those small connective muscles

Before Dinner:
- Walk - 3 km
- Pull-ups - 5/5/3 = 13. YTD: 1,312

Before Bed:
- Counting Victory Challenge

- Walk - 3 km. Temperature was -27 C. No wind today, but still cold
- Pull-Ups: 5/4/3/2/1 = 15. YTD: 1,357

@Nanna Io, Well it is a challenge. I wore a thermal jersey, insulated shirt over top, winter running jacket, a watch cap, running tights, winter insulated running pants over top, two pairs of socks & winter rated running shoes. I wore heated gloves. I was still cold, but I knew as long as kept moving I’d be ok. Did I answer you question? Is there anything else I can answer?
