@Nanna Io, Well it is a challenge. I wore a thermal jersey, insulated shirt over top, winter running jacket, a watch cap, running tights, winter insulated running pants over top, two pairs of socks & winter rated running shoes. I wore heated gloves. I was still cold, but I knew as long as kept moving I’d be ok. Did I answer you question? Is there anything else I can answer?

- Today is the First Day of Winter & it was -47C with the windchill. Holy BRRRR. Good news is the temperatures will be starting to warm up starting tomorrow.

Before Lunch:
- Meditation

Before Dinner:
- Step up challenge - day 21
- DD + EC
- Fit Dec - day 21
- Snow ball fight - 58 squats

Before Bed:

Before Bed:
- attended “Lightly Classic Christmas Symphony”. This was put on by the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra. This was not fitness, of course, just another small victory in the post pandemic time. The concert was wonderful
