Before Bed:
- Counting Victory Challenge.
- This morning my wife & I became step-great grandparents. Our step- granddaughter gave birth to a healthy 8 lb little boy.

- Walk - 5 km. I used a different route & discovered the City has a fitness park I wasn’t aware of. it has pull-up bars, dip bars, step-up boxes, agility equip’t.
- Strength - Full-Body Kettlebell
- DD + EC

- Walk - 2.73. Beautiful sunny day, however deep cold, -32c. Another 2 days of this cold, till the weather starts to warm up again.
