I also found a new job. Finally related to what I studied and it seems super interesting. I'm starting the new job in a month's time 😁

Hopefully now I'll have more time to workout. The new job is farther away so commuting will be a pain but I'll start earlier and get home earlier too.

I finally saw the new Dune movie, both parts. I liked part 1 more than part 2, apart from the very loud music moments :P
I was optimistic after watching part 1 which they said was the most boring but part 2 disappointed me, leaving me with a bit of a bad taste in my mouth at the end.
It's not a bad film but many facets of the book are lost and above all in my opinion it never really gets going.
But it made me want to reread Dune this time in English :LOL:

I really liked the 1st movie and everyone are saying that part 2 is even better so this is surprising. Thanks for the review though. I probably won't go out to see it but wait for it to get to tv.

So I started a new job and I love it. It's interesting, it requires thinking and working with others, people there are nice but quiet- because the work is serious.
The downsides are a long commute but it's not that bad and deadlines but I could probably work on myself to improve dealing with it. I had to stay late a lot to finish things.

I am slowly going back to working out. I have a regular morning routine of 4 sets made of: 2 push ups, 5 squats, 10 jab cross, 10 kicks, 5 lunges for each leg and 8 spiderman planks or whatever you call them.

The war... is still on because of too many people that are twisted in minds and hearts (all over the world).

Milli is calming down. She loves it when I come back home and she likes sitting on my lap but she still lashes out for no apparent reason. It's happening less and less though.

My new job is a lot more stressful than I expected but at least it is interesting and pays more. My three months trial period ends at the end 9f July 😐

I woke up 2:30am and couldn't get back to sleep so I thought I'd give an old plane of mine another try:
60 Days of HIIT day 1
Power Up/2 (half the time for each day so that after 30 days I could hopefully do the whole program properly)
1 minute HIIT

In general news, it's been 9 months and traces of compassion towars the rest of the world are getting scarcer.

Milli is doing better and better 😻
I found her favorite treat, chicken sticks with cat grass... if she doesn't have at least 3 every night she gets aggressive but only for a short time. On the other hand, after I got back too late to make it to the pet store for a few days, she got super nice. It lasted nearly a week but on Friday (first day of weekend) she had had enough and I had to restock.

Glad Mili is progressing! Hugs for compassion, these are crazy times we live through (OK, many generations can say it, but still... Our times are pretty topsy turvy). Difficult not to close oneself for protection, but as you are dealing so gently with Mili, I trust you can do that with safe humans ;)

Hello.
So things are complicated.
I'm seriously considering quitting my new job. Don't ask why...
I have to go back to training and quit dairy products or maybe go back to veganism all together because somehow my cholesterol is a bit high 🤦‍♀️.
Maybe I should settle for a boring job with no overtime so that I could take care of myself.
