Got up late and with a headache, but it got better along the day. I also have a kettlebell now and next thing I'm going to buy adjustable dumbbells. :strong:

Now I joined the workout with links team, haha.
Also bought heavier dumbbells, I noticed the power hiit challenge is not making me tired as the gravity challenge used to.
And exercising first thing in the morning feels so much easier now
