~woke up at 2:30 and couldn't get back to sleep, so. . .

~went back to bed from 4:30-6:00, then did

:eheart:hot cocoa & cinnamon toast with granddaughter while grandson took his nap:eheart:
  • Daily Walk Challenge day 20 ~i am counting my afternoon walk from yesterday, as today was too cold, windy, and snowy to get the toddler out in the stroller, and by the time my daughter got home it was already dark.
  • Kanary 1 set substituted Squat Punches for lunge punches
  • Exercise of the Day modified to be pelvic floor safe: single leg raises (30 per leg) and kept my head on the floor
  • Yoga: 15 Minute Bedtime Yoga Stretch for Deep Sleep (Bird)

  • Program: Fit December! day 1 substituted toe tap hops for butt kicks, because they are easier on my knees; also substituted side jacks for jumping jacks and march steps for high knees, but i did double the amount of march steps and took only 30 seconds rest between sets
  • 1.68 mile walk w/stroller Daily Walk Challenge day 27
  • Yoga: Evening Wind Down

@AnnieW, you don't sound a bit daft, and you are absolutely right. I always take a couple of deep cleansing breaths when i do my hugs as well.
