  • Days of exercise: 30/30 (total 110)
  • Fighting cancer: 30/30
  • Personal DareBee Workouts Challenge: 31: difficulty 1(light) =2; difficulty 2(easy) =29 i have definitely noticed these getting easier, which i am assuming is indicative of improvement in my general fitness!:yas:
  • Walks/Hikes: 30 for 76.64 miles
  • Evening Yoga (or other stretching): 13
  • Meditation: 30
  • Challenges Completed: 2 Easy Core & Easy Cardio (both difficulty 1)
  • Exercise of the day: 22; 5 of which i modified
  • I also broke my mindless-tv-watching-at-night habit by continuing the Get to Bed on Time Challenge; i only stayed up late on 7 nights, all of which were weekends or nights when i was out of the house.

~Still sticking with what i have been doing.
We have a vacation to Boston:cantwait: scheduled for the 4th week, so i am planning with that in mind.


  • Do something every day!
  • Kanary Workout (fighting cancer): at least 1 set every day
  • Challenges: Better Legs, Easy Arms, Walking (all difficulty 1)
  • Personal DareBee Workout Challenge: continue working through difficulty 2(easy) 6 per week; as of right now, i have 17 left to go +1 difficulty 1, which means i should finish up just before we leave
  • Walks/Hikes: aim for daily, but as often as possible; goal is 80 miles for the month
  • Evening Yoga (or other stretching): aim for daily, but as often as possible
  • Exercise of the day: when i can
  • Continue daily Meditation, Gratitude, Victories, and Hugs
