Pre-Work: Core Control Challenge - Day 12 - Complete
Lunch: Chest & Back Light into Forearms & Triceps Light into Chest & Shoulders Light
Post-Work: 8 Weeks to 5K - Day 20- Level 3 - Complete

Think I need to work on my post formatting again.
Next time I think I'll swap C&B and F&T around, see if I like that pattern a bit more.

Core Control Challenge - Day 13 - Complete
8 Weeks to 5K - Day 21 - Complete

Managed the running/walking in one go, but at the 18min mark my foot went all tingly and by the 20min mark the calf had joined in, but that was a distraction from it being sore, so net positive, I guess.
I probably should have bought running shoes last week, instead of using my hiking shoes, and will add running socks to that list while I'm at it.

8 Weeks to 5K - Day 27 - Level 3 - Complete

Just realized my day count is wrong, fixing that.
Even less space than usual, but got a new desk from IKEA, so tomorrow morning run, the afternoon redoing my space (only half a vacation behind plan).
Well, they say no plan survives contact with the family, or something to that affect.
Also see we have a Plans tab now, good, they always felt less visible than they should have been, and the layout is nice too.

Core Control Challenge - Day 20 - Complete
8 Weeks to 5K - Day 28- Complete

Maybe it's the new shoes and socks, maybe it's because I got to run mid morning instead of the evening, maybe it was the diet cheat day beforehand leading to accidental carb loading, but today's 15 minutes continues running went far better than I expected it to go.
Definitely did 150 side leg raises, probably did 170-80, I kept losing count after 100, clearly I ran out of fingers and my toes were busy.
Got delayed building my new desk, on the last step, but have to drill holes and at 9 at night I don't think my apartment building would be happy if I did, so finishing Ikea desk comes tomorrow.
Saw that on top of the Plan tab a new Plan had been added since last night.
I like it, would have been perfect when I started out, might still give it a try since it's set for 6 weeks.
Also a new search filter in the workouts, which I imagine was a daunting task to reclassify so many workouts.

Battlegrounds - 400 punches

EDIT: Just noticed I did 6run:1walk for three sets, not 6:2 for three sets ... close enough, I'm still counting it, if I had ran less then I'd morn my mistake tho

I think running is the mid-morning on my vacation was better, after work had me quite winded.
Oh well, nothing I can do about that, just have to build endurance on top of the VO2 Max.
Maybe have a bigger lunch too ...

Forgot to check the weather, ended up having to finish my Linner and go right into running to avoid lightning storms, so that was less than pleasant, but completed.

Congrats
:worried:

Standing Abs Challange - 03/30

Doing the math, and at my pace, I probably won't hit 5k in 30-35 minutes at the end, but still time, so going to still aim for it.
But rethinking moving to Half-Marathon afterwards, I think I'd just keep missing the targets, but Runner Prime is looking like a good next step.

Had to do an evening lab on injection molding and vacuum forming, so had to do my run in the morning today.
So spent most of my workday avoiding extra trips up and down the stairs.
The interior design students do think I look slimmer, which is nice.
And it was 7 laps today, so 4.2km.

8 Weeks to 5K - 56/56
Standing Abs Challange - 17/30

Goal A - run for a continuous 30-35 minutes - 38min 51.81sec, so yes
Goal B - Run for 5k - yep
Goal AB - Run a 5k in 35 minutes or less - well no
But today's task listed the goals separately, so I'm calling it a win and program completed (and I can work on my pace next month in Runner Prime)

Now to rapidly disassemble my apartment as I'm getting new windows in the next few days and holidays left me doing this late ... well I got irresponsible too ...
