Monday, 15 April Wins: (184 days)
Journalling
Walkabout 25 (11,688/14,000) - no, but I sure came close today. I will definitely get this on Thursday, if not before.
First Thing Water ==maintenance mode==
Healthy foods - started strong, but my day was not conductive towards eating my whole lunch at lunch, so I ended up eating my "salad" (cucumber, carrots, and bell peppers) over the course of an hour in the afternoon. And then there was waaay too much pasta at dinner, but it was so good.
At work -
Daily Walk 7 - I did the outside work and all the speed walking (yup, my FitBit told me I have 40 zone minutes and they are all from speed walking today at work.)
Upside, I got it all done without slowing down my task (which was really important because I was almost in a time crunch there at the end.)
Downside, now that I have relaxed, I am really sore and tired.
Hips & Glutes Stretch - timer is still broken, but it is a very good stretch. Hopefully this helps.
