@rath0re_ Congrats on 6K. 90 minutes of cardio is a lot! However, increasing your height through exercise or stretching is a complete myth as there are no evidence of this happening. Height is determined by genetic and enviromental factors during childhood, and it locks out between the ages of 18 and 20.
