***the Ides of March: it’s been 9 years since my second older brother took his own life, due to the deterioration in his body and mind caused by his early-onset Parkinson’s. I still feel like he was absolutely justified in his actions, and I was never mad at him for leaving me. However, I do still miss him, even tho he was clearly missing some beats…..🥺

AM- awake at 7:15am after nearly 9 hours of dreamless sleep. My left deltoid is super sore from having the pneumonia and the meningitis vaccines in that arm, yesterday😩😥. The right arm had the measles booster, and it’s not too bad.
