. Very chaotic houseful of 30-somethings, a leaky pile in the bathroom wall and piles of dirty laundry all over the house. MY house. Oof

. Husb had flipped the clock radio switch in the bathroom to “alarm” instead of “off” earlier in the day. So, the radio woke me up abruptly just one hour into my sleep cycle. Ugh.

. I remember dreaming, but cannot recall any of it by now
However, being awake, I feel oddly tearful and morose….delayed onset grief, overwhelm, I suspect…

House chore
…well not really, but I can’t recall anything. It was definitely restless, short, and full of anxiety, so I’m sure I was dreaming.
. I was awake FAR earlier than I would have liked, and will absolutely need a nap today….

….I do remember waking up in the night aware of dreaming about some sort of school like setting and a group of people…

. I was dreaming about some sort of large *dog camp,* or *factory farm* of dogs, where there were hundreds of doggos in different comfy indoor and outdoor spaces. All relatively calmly, in small groups, grooming themselves and their buddies. Clearly, I had a vivid imagination of them being more primate than canine
. But as I walked around this *camp,* both the people running it, and the dogs were super friendly. No one was desperate or miserable….

…I intended to catch up, but, my chest was not having any crunches. It’s amazing how many normal daily movements utilize these chest muscles. I think even the *meat* between my ribs got bruised, since deep breaths and beating down hurts like crazy. I have to splint my chest before even clearing my throat!

…oddly, this was not as difficult as I had expected. Even pulling the start cord was not awful

. Super painful turning, getting out of bed, and doing morning routine stuff. I slept well with medicine on board until about 4am, then every move I made hurt
