- Stomach Vacuums challenge day 24
- 3 sets of push ups to failure
Even though it was very early, my partner joined me remotely.
This month he's just doing what I'm doing, and we need to modify several exercises for him because he has an injured foot and can't stand on it nor do any high impact exercises.
I'm thinking of what would be best for him to do in September: he wants to focus on upper body and abs, because he does a lot of biking and by that covers the cardio.
So I'm in between 30 Days of LIIT and Foundation Light, plus Arms of Steel and an abs challenge.
What would you recommend?
