Quite a failure of a day, but at least I finished my editing, played the guitar, and finally figured out one thing in it that will allow me to step into new things. No Burpees. ADHD won today.
I should use the 100 Office Workouts often to get some dopamine boosts to start working. I finally noticed what I'm doing that is preventing me to work, but I haven't figured out the why just yet.
Also, no medieval sleep. The water came pretty late, and I only had one hour of sleep before the Watch started. Instead of breaking the sleep in two phases, I just slept through.
