Good thing - COLONOSCOPY THIS WEEK YES Y'ALL NEEDED TO HEAR THAT AND I AM COUNTING DOWN THE DAYS UNTIL MY DIET IS F'N NORMAL AGAIN

1,270 - Five minute walk workout, 120 calf raises and daily 40 high knees!

660 - Few minutes here and there!

ZORO WORKOUT - Chest and back light and 10k punches day 17. Don't think I'll be doing 400+ punches tomorrow though. for reasons.

Good thing - oh my God I just need to get past tomorrow and Friday morning I PRAY nothing is found holy carp
