Before Breakfast:
- Daily Gratitude

Before Lunch:
- Functional Fitness - we put away all the interior Christmas decorations & tree. Reaching, lifting, twisting boxes of various sizes & weight. Plus up & down step ladder several times

Before Dinner:
- My wife & I shopping with four teenage grandchildren at West Edmonton Mall: still in full Boxing Day sales mode

Before Bed:
- Counting Victory Challenge - 11,535 steps

- Shovel Snow
- Balance
- Wrist Strength

Before Bed:
- Counting Victory Challenge

2024 has been a pretty good year. The last three months i have been a little light with training.
All in all my families & i have been blessed.

2025 will arrive in a couple of hours. And will bring new challenges, opportunities to learn & grow.

- Super Strength - 17.5 lb
- Yoga - Post Workout

Before Dinner:
- Walk - 1.6 km. -28 C, to & from grocery store
