Yesterday walked 5,000 steps, did meditation and daily habit.
This morning, I did another yoga workout but that was abs-focused toward the end:
Good one too, and combo of those two yoga workouts could be very good for when the lower back protests.
So, yeah, long time because I went to see my parents in Bretagne. This was less tiring, with dad at thome, and quite reassuring, though he has one blood parameter I don't like ... But tomorrow he starts again chemo as outpatient.
