SOMA 40+ is a very well balanced program in a very nice 7 day cycle. I was not very fond of the strength days with the split lunges and the side lunges, that’s my only meh point. I’m thinking about doing this one for another couple of weeks, starting with day 3 so the cycle continues nicely.
