A gentle mobility and stretching workout loosened some of the tension in my muscles after Muay Thai last night :)
I still don't like Sparring but I'm becoming a little less painful, I'm learning to manage who I'm in front of, moving from my usual very kind version to one that invites the other person to take advantage of me much less :LOL:

You know, perfection didn't always mean what it means today... It used to mean to be "whole"... another take on it is being your best self after a "long journey". I wish more people would read perfection as being whole...
I would already be happy if a good portion of people simply tried to consciously improve ;)

So I officially started Fit December, I will only skip the days when I go to the gym in the morning because I already know that I wouldn't train in the afternoon on those days because I'm too tired :p

It's been a long time since I followed a monthly training program from Darebee because I changed my workout by going to the gym and quickly realized how much I like having a monthly program to follow on a daily basis.

The gym is closed today because it's a holiday so I took the opportunity to test a new kettlebell workout that came out a few days ago: Battle Maiden Workout.
It's about 3 minutes of work per set and you get a good sweat :LOL:
It's definitely a good workout, more or less challenging depending on the weight chosen but always training.
The kettlebell is truly a fantastic tool, a couple of them are enough, one light and one heavy and you can do an infinite number of exercises, with a minimum amount of space and also a minimum expense.
Battle Maiden Workout is one of Darebee's best kettlebell workouts, a little more challenging than the Full Swing Workout.
