Today I did a combat workout and filled it with pull-ups, basically by maintaining 1 minute of rest between sets I can change the room to do the pull-ups and go back to the one I train in and I still have 30 seconds of real rest :LOL:
3 pull-ups (neutral grip) are fine for now, neither too many nor too few, better to start slowly and get the hang of it :)

Today I tried push-ups with the handles as a filler for a combat workout, they are a good workout, intense even at low repetitions and I also stay in the range of 30 sec of strength exercise and I have 30 sec of real rest left :)

Today Kanary Workout in honour of @Kanary
I replaced the 5 squats with 20 hindu squats, I liked having 20 repetitions for each exercise :LOL:
I've been wanting to push myself a little more in training for a while now but I always have some aches and pains, nothing dramatic but enough to advise against training too intensely and risking getting really injured.
So…I will be creative in coming up with workouts day by day that I enjoy and keep me training :)

I think I have found an acceptable compromise solution: I will continue to do only combat workouts (there are 164 to choose from) and I will leave alone the various parts that hurt from time to time. When I have truly recovered I will start new to working on mainly bodyweight strength exercises and maybe a kettlebell workout a week in addition to the usual combat workouts that I like and enjoy :)

I wanted to do some kettlebell swings...
But I have not done and will not do any of this :P
I know that this month I will have various commitments that will make it difficult for me to train on certain days and my body hasn't been cooperating with strength training lately.
However, even today I had the urge to do a Lv V workout :yas::peace:
I will continue to do what works: simple, quick workouts that I enjoy changing :)

I love the variety of the Muay Thai training I do, in the first half hour there is everything: strength circuits, tabata, functional gymnastics without ever knowing what is happening each time :LOL:
But last night during the third circuit of 1 minute of plank with arms on fitball and feet on wooden cube I felt like crying because of how much my abs were burning :p
Today, even though I was a little sore, I still did a quick, easy combat workout :yas::peace:

The 16kg kettlebell is fine for the Battle Maiden Workout, a little light for swings but for other exercises it is fine and there is a lot of room for improvement because I still have the 20 and 24 kg kettlebells :LOL:
For now I will try to maintain one weight training per week, I will take it slow so as to really give my body a lot of time to get used to the weight work and I will use the kettlebells which I enjoy the most :)

I'm done with extreme gardening today :LOL:
In two days I tilled the soil, collected and moved stones and planted: a giant blueberry, an apricot tree, a blackberry, a raspberry and a plum tree :)
If all goes well with the plants put in now and the others that were already there, we will have fruit from June to September.

I particularly like kettlebell training, I find it fun and very training. Darebee has a few kettlebell workouts but they are all great :)

I've let myself go a bit lately and have gained 3 kg, I don't have the slightest desire to go on a diet and I already eat mostly healthily so I'll just be a little more careful about the quantities of what I eat, moderate the sweets and I'll do one more easy workout a day :)
All excuses to do a 30 day Darebee program :P
